@ all, please need advice. Everybody is on me the take medic aid for the NICU. Biko,I said no but it's like am been too stubborn. That since am paying for my bills and delivery,I should allow medic aid for their NICU. It like am been strong head, they are all saying it's allowed. And that how can I pay for NICU for like 6 weeks. Se I have millions somewhere ,I can't even sleep at all.
Am back home bit my babies are still NICU and I must say they are doing so well and strong,God has been faithful.
Please expert mummies and daddies in the house I need urgent advice ASAP. Crying my eyes out right now plus the fact that am staying in Arlington,40mins drive from the hospital. Any mom around fort Worth or coming in next month willing to share apartment. I just want to be near my babies. No money can buy kids&am grateful to God for double privilege.
instead of crying, take your worries to God in prayer. My advice is not to use medic aid though. It would come back to hunt you.

@temyb wipe your tears sharp sharp before somebody will bring cane for you. Why are you crying ? God has given you double for you trouble and you are still crying. You said you did IVF twice before this one have you. forgotten how much you spent on each cycle not to talk of the emotional and physical stress that can not be quantified. The journey that you probably would have gone twice God has made it once for you
Don't worry my dear sister God has a way of providing for this speacial gifts He send you help from all sides and surpass your expectations He did it for me and I know He will do it for you too. People that I did not even know in the US came and blessed my babies when they heard my story when we got back home it was blessing from every side at the end of the day we even had more than we spent on the missionary journey
For mothers to be that are IVF patients and carrying double pregnancy I will suggest that we ask for a cerclage to be done.pls insist on it whether the doctor feels that it's necessary or not it's acts as a preventive procedure for premature birth.you might or might not need it but it's good considering what you went through to conceive I carried mine to 38weeks and they came out strong no NICU or complication what soever in fact I had to beg the doctor to give me an earlier date because I had become very
heavy and was tired
temyb pls be strong for your babies nothing do you my sister just get ready for the vigilante it is very real ooooooo

If Yes, then i guess you shldnt have a problem at renewal. Worst case: if you are called for an interview go with your documented agreement for monthly payment.
If No,please if i may ask how mch was d original bill? Plus was it also agreed that you pay up in 12years? Il advice you pay up before thinking about interview.

I usually shop with my Stanbic IBTC and GTBank cards on Amazon and choose 'pay in Naira' which gives me the rate of N209 to a $. However, I noticed that the option is no longer available from about 2 weeks ago. Does anyone know any other bank card that still accepts that option?

I think Ross is on d list nt sure of Burlington n Walmart... Too much wahala ontop to collect ur money bk right I couldn't let go cos I got 2 Apple phones frm Apple Store so I just had to collect and I was given at the airport.

bubelahot after shopping at the point of payment ask for tax refund form, before you leave fill everything out, when you get to the airport just ask for where tax returns are collected, it's the customs that's usually in charge in the uk, they will take the forms and your passport and boarding pass stamp it and send you to the desk where they'll give you the cash, the ones that they can't give you cash they'll put in your card, the ones that require posting to the merchant because it's below a certain amount will be posted and they'll credit your card later. Cheers

God has been faithful oooo. My twins are no more on oxygen support. Saw them today and the nurses were like they are doing way too fast than their age. Before nko, I married an ijesha man not oyinbo man.
I had to scream it to them to stop calling me for medic aid am not intrested. It was later their over head boss stylishly called me to one side and it's true,I shouldn't collect it. That they are just forcing me but I should make sure I don't. At first, they were like no payment plan bla bla bla just to make me collect but when me and the over head financial boss spoke she was like sure we can work things out.
Am just trying to relax well. Please any mom still planning to share apartment around fort Worth dallas. Want to be closer to my babies. Twice in a week is not enough for me,

Eeeeheeen this Havana sef why did they remove it I'm beginning to have a second thought about their competence it is not unusual to feel uncomfortable after doing a cerclage. it has so many side effects but they are not life threatening hence they should have encouraged you to leave it the advantages surpasses the side effects just like any medical procedure.

I think this is a good forum to share our experiences so that others can learn. When I had mine I had so much discomfort. I could not even hold my urine I was peeing every hour but my gynea encouraged me to bear it. By the time I was 34 weeks I started spotting thank God I was already in the US. My doc insisted that I leave it on explaining that it was nothing to worry about that the head of the first twin was down and was pressing on the stitches and as the babies get bigger the pressure on the cerclage makes the stitches to start loosening then the bleeding Imagine you putting on weight and trying to fit into one of your old skirts and the side stitches giving way.

The doc said the moment the cerclage is removed the Cervics will start opening and that is it. the babies will be brought out and at 34 weeks na NICU straight. Me I no get money that time so I had to endure the pain and discomfort . I could not sit for more than 15mins at a stretch. I say what mothers go through for their children only God can reward us.

Am back with my testimony. In the spirit of giving back....Got to the airport on time on Sunday 12th June, after checking in, went to travellex desk,  they said no dollar tho they put up for 340/$. Had to change 1000 dollars from another BDC @ 365/$ to add to the 8k plus we had as we couldn't get PTA after applying at Stanbic and Wema for over 2weeks.. I flew Air France at 33weeks+ with my mum, no fit to fly was asked,  nothing abt pregnancy sef guess cos bump wasn't really showing. Flight to Paris was very smooth, slept all thru. Had a layover at Paris for 3hr 55mins instead of 2hrs.  Paris to New York was kinda long and tiring was praying all thru for favor. Food was rubbish. Landed at Jfk and the following happened. We were directed to the self kiosk to scan (not a first timer to the US tho but first timer to JFK) na so my passport abi visa page no scan o, it was tried severally and on different systems, for where... My mum tried hers, it did one time. My mum was becoming scared and said maybe it cos of d notification of intent I sent to d embassy, I couldn't even laugh as I was worried, put back on the queue, was still praying, mum was reciting psalm 24 in Yoruba and saying Oluwa gbakoso repeatedly. Forward to the CBP
CBP: Hello ma'am
Me: Hello and how are you doing
CBP: Great.....
CBP: R u family?
Me: Yes
CBP: I can bet she's ur mum
Me: Yes.....smiling
CBP: So y r u here?
Me: Vacation and to have my baby (CBP looked surprised.....say dt again pls). Am here for vacation and childbirth.
CBP: in New York?
Me: Texas
CBP: Wen are u due
Me: July ending
CBP: And u gonna stay till then (of cos yes no before.... In my mind o)
Me: Yes
CBP: Wen are you leaving for Texas?
Me: Wednesday morning.
CBP: Where in Texas will u b staying and with who
Me: Katy, with mum's cousin.
CBP: Just a minute pls (went to ask another CBP officer guess that one told him no worries) Meanwhile mum was still praying beside me while he left.... Lol
CBP: (returned after few seconds) how much do u have with u and have u paid your doctor
Me: $9133 and $3000 in dorm acct. I haven't decided on the which of the doctors to use tho they both use the same hospital and accept no prepayment prior to arrival.
CBP: U ma'am (my mum)
My mum: I have my MasterCard with about $3000 no cash.
CBP: Any other children?
Me: No, this is my first
CBP: (to my mum) So u are the professional and experienced one to take care of her.
We: of cos yes......we all laughed
CBP: that's OK... I am going to stamp u in till Dec 12 is that OK?
Me: Yeah sure... Thank you
Na so he stamped me and mum B2 till Dec 12.....off we went.  We picked our bags for agriculture cos we listed we brought food. Joined the queue and after few minutes another CBP walks up to me.
CBP 2: Hello ma'am
Me: Hi
CBP 2: from which country?
Me: Nigeria
CBP 2: R u family?
Me: Yes...... Mom
CBP 2: How much do u v on you
Me: 9k+ while trying to deduct trolley fee from the earlier amount mentioned.
CBP 2: cuts in....9k each or all together? R u sure?
Me: 9k all together. And Yes m sure
CBP 2: Pls come with me
Me: ok
CBP 2: if I check ur bags and find over that, dts trouble
Me: No probs (in my mind....u go tell me if na u pack my bag or myself)
CBP: Pls I need to check ur handbags and carry on luggage...He went to get gloves. Came back plz put ur carry on bags on the table. How long r u staying and ur passports pls
Me: 11weeks
CBP: wrote 9000 and asked me to sign
He checked every look and cranny of both our bags. He didn't even count the cash sef. Returned the envelop asked to write cash returned to me and sign.
CBP: Thanks for being truthful and enjoy your stay
Off we went without even scanning our bags for food. Docs I took in my hand bag (tho none was checked), doctors correspondence, blood tests, medical report, fit to fly, change of name publication, marriage certificate, budget sheet, hubby's data page, notification of intent & reply, my return ticket & tkt to Texas, didn't have statement as I do internet banking. Took a taxi to a family friends place we staying till Wednesday morning for our flight to Texas. That's it guys... Thanks to all who contributed to this great thread, I jacked the thread without asking questions as I didn't v need to and all my supposed questions were answered in the thread.

Not applicable in all States but Texas does. They are at the Galleria in Houston and Dallas and the airports. However, the last time I did, only items purchased within one month of date of return from the select stores on the list. Was paid half of the tax value though.
