Please can you put me through, if possible on which pediatrician you used in the hospital and after you left the hospital. I also wana find out on how you went about circumcision. Thanks

Why don't you open a dorm account in dollars at any bank. Use the dollar card to pay the outstanding bills.

why not pay using Form A? Some of our banks still pay form A, you just need to have all appropriate letters from the hospital.

Hello house ,

Thanks a lot for the prompt responses. You all are amazing. Please has anyone ever given birth in Durham North Carolina.
If yes, I will really appreciate your help as this is the only area where I have people.

A referral list of pediatrix or a list of pediatricians? Please clarify. If it's the latter then you choose whichever pediatrician on the list suits you and let the hospital know you have your own pediatrician who will come in to check the baby. This is something you can discuss directly with Dr. Stimage or her nurse Liz.

I did not use any of her referred pediatricians because I wanted someone close to where I was staying so it would be easy to take baby there after discharg (although I did ask if she could recommend any pediatrician in the Irving area, Rachael one her staff gave me one but the fees were high).

It was the pediatrician on call at the hospital that attended to my baby throughout our stay. The group is called pediatrix. The bill came in the mail about a week after discharge. It was 1750dollars or so, I got a discount and paid 868dollars.

Upon discharge I used Irving pediatrics(found them myself online, lovely Arab couple) They charge 75dollars per visit. I paid 50.

Dr. Stimage did babys circumcision a day after his birth. It cost 115. She didn't take off as much skin as in Nigeria but it wasn't bad sha.

I've seen recent posts from people stating that they got their visas for visitation but will not use them for that purpose but for childbirth. If you knowingly misled the VO's in your application, you're not only putting yourself but others in a complicated situation. Let's be guided and truthful in our applications. It's not illegal to give birth in the US(yet)

My post is directed at those that claimed not to know, gave birth and reapplied for B1/B2 and are still intending on going to give birth without using the visa for the purpose it was reissued, which is visitation. If you're part of these people, then you can't claim ignorance a second time.

my tone may be a bit a harsh, but place urself in the americans shoes sometimes, thousands of nigerians claiming they didnt know, and writing letter of intent?
even you would be tired,.
that letter of intent has lost value/is meaningless now - has been over abused.
its dicey but a risk only you can decide if you want to take it.
best option would have been to travel/visit normally with the ticket in your 1st or 2nd month of pregnancy, better with your hubby

and then when you are about to give birth , you travel again .
this issue has been treated countless times on this thread...at least every 3 or 4 pages, if you read earlier posts, you would have seen where this issue has been treated severally

To mothers who have used Oakbend in the past; Please can you kindly suggest affordable accomodation in that axis? Preferably ones with easy/ cheaper transportation to oakbend.
Any form of guidance will be highly appreciated.
Thanks in anticipation.

You don't need to. My wife is currently in the US for the 2nd and only renewed by Dropbox in late December. You really don't need to visit first. Please save the money instead for more important things during your childbirth journey. And like you we had our first baby in 2015 with a B1/B2 visa.
Hope this helps.

Hello house...no one has answered my question o...so i here i go to post it again...thanks
Good morning house, how are you all doing. I had my first baby in 2015 on a B1/B2 visa after visiting on the visa first. I have renewed the visa without any stress in december. i will like to have my other babies in US this year. My worry is should i visit on the visa first (like i did before)or just go and deliver. Has anyone had experience with this lately. I think I may be pregnant ...thus travelling for the fun of it is not really ideal 4 me. Any suggestions

Yes DropBox is still a thing. You shouldn't have any issues. They sometimes call for interviews if they have reports of unpaid medical bills incurred in previous visits. Barring that you should be fine. We got our visas renewed by DropBox and in all it took only 5 days.

Hope this helps.

Good day beautiful pple,

Does drop box still exist cos I tot that base on some changes made this trump era, that there is no drop box again. Does drop box still exit and has anyone renewed lately via drop box.
