Hello guys, please is anyone here at St Cloud State University? I want to understand how the decision making process is. Even though my program of choice says it is on a rolling basis, they never respond to emails or calls about application status. Anyone knows how it works there?

Same thing Ets will do and cancel the test score as long the card was reported as stolen or asked to pay with a check or money order if they wanted to be nice to the applicant.

Using stolen cards to pay or register for stuffs are common among some of the agents.

I believe the agent knew that the card bounced back because the school would have email about it but the agent ignored it and put her career in danger

That remind of one guy on this thread am sure he will be reading this post if I am not wrong (am sorry to say this and post a screen shot) a school rejected and denied him of admission just because Gtbank reverse app fee he paid with his own personal naira mastercard and emailed that he used a stolen card. When he printed his monthly statement and sent to the school as evidence that the account belong to him and not stolen card, the school never change their decision, I just asked him to look for another school

Dunno but it could be caused by network during online transaction processing just as the atm will debit your account but it won't pay you cash and still reverse your money back into your account.

The guy called the school and explained, I asked him to get his bank statement and scan it to them and circle the transaction part but the person in charged was a stiffnecked person and didn't even reverse the decision at all after the guy proof of evidence

House am having issues wit ups theu have not delivered my transcript to my school.wen I tracked the parcel no information on the delivery I have called and complained .they said investigation is on going as of yesterday update on the tracking portal.but I wrote my school(east Tennessee state university) yesterday on the development asking if I can send my student transcript pending wen the other would reach or possibly process another,but I check my mail this morning to notice dat one Mr David said my application is complete am scared Dont know if it's because I wrote dem yesterday.Please need advice.

Yes. It is compulsory for them to send at least one copy to you

The parcel may have been delivered, but haven't been updated in the system as delivered. It happens sometimes. No fear

They guy is supposed to get GTB to rescind their claim. Thats the only way the school will understand. As long as GTB doesn't tell the school to drop case that it was a mistake nothing go change. Sad story by the way.

I feel the guy should go to GTB and get them to do the right thing. If the guy is still willing, he should pm me.

@wallspring thanks for the response what baffles me is that it was sent to me free of charge because I don't pay for it. Maybe it's a usual thing with them.

That I-20 is already invalid since u never went for interview.
Looks like the summer session has already started and if u want to still go for that session, u might want to write your school and have them prepare another I-20 granting you an extension to resume at a later date.

thanks very much.. my gpa is 2.88 and I have don gre already but my score is not really high and I have checked the requirements for the dept in which is stated that gre is not required and I have mailed the dept cord and their reply was that toefl is waived upon arrival of my official transcript... please I will like to know how soon do they offer admission after application.. thanks so much bro you are a life saver

About 2 weeks after you complete the application. Though you'd get a mail that says 4-6 weeks

Don't be scared, it's possible that the transcript already delivered but the system have not updated it..

Maybe that should be the date for summer in that school and I don't think the person made a mistake although it's possible for the person to make mistakes when issuing the i20, and I hope you are not thinking that submission should be May?
