If today were my last day... I would definitely spend it with my family..
I would tell them how honoured I am to be a part of them.
That if I'm to come back in another life, there's no family I would rather be but them.
Family goes beyond blood connotation or having same genes.
It's loyalty. It's Always and forever.

Quick advice no haters.

VirginDiva this is a very THOUGHT PROVOKING thread which essence i understood very long ago. And this is how it really goes "IF TODAY IS MY LAST DAY ON EARTH WILL I REPEAT WHAT I DID YESTERDAY". If anyone has to start doing something differently all because its their last day on Earth. The TRUTH is that they have infact been living a DEAD LIFE all the while outside the REALITY, called DEATH, the inevitable. Hence, a FALSE LIFE. So, my answer to your question: If today is my last day on earth, it makes no difference to me. There is nothing extraordinary about it being the last, for i have always lived my life as if its my last since when i understood that death has this attribute of being unforeseen. Can come and take me away when i least expect it, any day, at any time, THIS IS THE REALITY. Hence i am always prepared by SINCERELY being ME not living a life to please the world but be at peace with it. Hence my last day will be no different but PEACE as has been my goal a day before, will still be an unchanging goal on that last day, to live in PEACE, die in PEACE, rest in PEACE. All routine remains intact, a PERFECT WAY of life called PEACE .

Do everything and anything that was deemed taboo, illegal or frowned upon. I will then most definitely wait to rest in peace cause I will be dead a long time.

I will simply pray, thank God for my life on earth, drink my favorite wine chilled, waiting patiently as I watch my favorite TV programs.

I made my peace with my maker long before my last day on earth.
Praying and asking for forgiveness last minute is no different to a bribe. You are thinking of yourself here and trying to see if this could save you from pergatory. If that's what you believe in. That is being conceited is it not?
