She might not necessary be positive. You can tell her So she would be on PEP (Post Exposure Prophylaxis) in any government or private hospital. This will decrease the chances of her being positive

Just because she had sex with you doesn't automatically implies she has HIV, moreso, from studies, HIV can be treated within the first 20days of contracting it. If you love her, you should have told her your status from the onset. Tell her now, let her seek medical counsel, if she takes , i don't know if those drugs are available on the local market, even in the medical community, but i am 100% sure, that HIV cases are treateable only within 20 days of contracting it....so there's time to do the right thing.
