it's a softwaree problem most of the time, need to reload the os and will work fine. you contact a software engineer if you can't do it yourself. whatsapp me if you're in Ibadan for the fix.

good evening engineers. this whatsapp msg that was Viral a few days ago really affected my tab. I mean the string of msgs that once sent to an android phone causes it to go blank until the phone is rebooted. I went online to search for a solution but non worked. I've deleted my whatsapp, didn't even bother to reinstall it, I've formatted the phone, yet nothing has worked. I have to reboot it anytime I want to use it even though it's on and functioning normally except for the fact that I can't see anything on the screen. any idea how I can fix it?

Hello sirs , I find it difficult to establish WhatsApp on my MI max2 Fone. Anytime I get to d point where I need to input my number for verification , it keep saying something is wrong with your version of whatapp and I Shud download d latest version from playstore ,which I ve done severally. when you connect it to the system, does it recognise it. u may need to put the fone into dfu then try restore the os via iTunes. thats if ur system can see it,n sure the screen is properly checked

goto to setting, apps whatsapp. delete the data.
now uninstall the whatsapp and send another one via xender then install and register

its hardware not software. av handled countless huawei with similar issues. get a competent engineer to check the power flex for u

try these 2 methods to enjoy ur device.

1. factory reset the fone. this should correct the switching off.
2. lose the fone, remove the screen, cameras and other attached component. then soak the panel inside methylated spirit or petrol for some hours (1 or 2).
use hand dryer to dry the panel for 10mins max. then couple the fone back.

that should stop the restarting at will.

reference... i currently av one in my office with similar issue. but force restart solved that one
