An adult requires only one egg in a day. Just one. You don't really need the nutrient the egg provides as an adult except you're a kid.

My father didn't struggle to feed us. We had food in abundance but i don't think i can eat 4 eggs at once especially if i am in another person's house...or except i am baking.
