Hey Jayooh, please kindly advise on best path for me to follow. I have just gotten my IELTS test scores. I have a bsc in geology and 4 years experience as a customer service manager in a bank . With what you just said is it wise to assess as a customer service manager considering my geology background? Sir bellong andother veterans in the house kindly assist
Like I told someone before, I'm not a VETASSESS person and not so conversant with their ways, but I'm not sure geology and customer care will fly. Also I doubt occupations closely related to geology discipline are still on the lists

Update

I still wasn't able to get in touch with him but after series of searches online, I came across "ptetutorials" through which I got a 2-mock test voucher for $11.90 (there's a discount that expires 31st August).

I can't recall where and where I clicked embarassed to get to the offer but maybe this can help

To whomever it may concern. smiley

thanks, I even got 10 free mock tests

Please is it now a requirement to add bank statements in VETASSES application or was this required for further proof of employment?.
Vetassess requires proof of salary through your bank statement (showing at least 2 salary payments) or payslip

You MAYget a positive assessment, however your experience may be reduced to less than a year (considering the normal 1 year Vetassess deducts and another 3 years if your qualification is not closely related to your nominated occupation Customer service manager)

how goods is this?

Worked for me. It gives two evaluated mock tests that replicates the real test session, it is timed and it gives an idea of what your level of preparedness is...at least that's what I wanted to know.

I received the result for the first trial I did three days later. I'll take the second trial later on.

IELTS

Reading 6.0
Writing 7.0
Listening 8.0
Speaking 8.0

Overall 7.5

Please advise, is this score good enough. What grade point will I be judged with? The overall score or the minimum score in any of the tasks?

I'm applying for EA with 4 years professional experience. And age will give me 30points.
Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by flyca: 5:16pm On Sep 05, 2018
Please can someone please explain to me:

I want to apply for class 189.
Now, do I need 65 points to apply for Engineers Australia (EA) assessment? Or is the 6 point minimum enough for this stage of assessment?

If I get a positive EA outcome, to get a higher rating and a better chance with Department of Home Affairs, can I use another IELTS score (I will rewrite IELTS if necessary) to apply for the main skill independent Visa subclass 189?

This won't give u any points towards migration.you need minimum 7.0 across board to get at least 10points

But u can still commence your qualification and experience (if u have) assessment with EA using this current English result. It's after positive assessment by EA you can begin to add up all points.

Age= 30
Degree=15
Experience= ??
English=
Partner= ??

So let's assume you get 5 points from work experience, your total points will be 50 without English, then you will take another test of English and aim at getting 8 in all modules to claim 20 points from English. Then you are safely at 70 points. Then you will pray to Baba God as you enter pool.

They are both ancestors in this group. Already in Oz though. Check austransaction on google. Or, pm either of them. Not being active may be as the results of the new roles they just pick up with Morrison and Turnbull of DIBP and DHA respectively.
