Nothing like trust. if you have trust for your partner you will never panic money dey or e no dey. If you give your baby 1 million naira and e lost tomorrow you go know say the money lost period.

Loyalty(Faithfulness) For me is the very basic, because you cannot achieve that with the other attributes.
You can communicate from heaven to Earth, but that will not Guarantee your partner's Loyalty or make the person Loyal.
Sex cannot make a man or a woman loyal. If you trust an unfaithful person, that is Self deception.

You can work on Communication but you cannot work on Loyalty. Without Loyalty, there is no point in improving communication, all you will be improving is the Quality of lies you are told.

Trust shouldn't be on that list because you don't just give trust to people, trust is earned. Trust is a natural consequence of Communication and Loyalty.
What should replace trust on that List is Respect.

Many ladies love to call trust because they love to be given full trust without being held accountable for their decisions and actions. They love to call trust because in most cases they want their man to swallow their lies and questionable behavior; hook, line and sucker!

I see folks shouting faithfulness, some of you think you will make good partners just because you don't cheat but don't realize that you are manipulative, inconsiderate, unappreciative, selfish, insecure, lack empathy and have poor communication skills.

For me it's Trust... but I think trust and faithfulness are almost d same cos if u are faithful then I can trust u..

1. If I respect you, I wouldn't intentionally or even dream of doing anything that would hurt you... But perchance I do, I would profusely apologize. So you see COMMUNICATION would be naturally established cos I would want to be armed with info on things that tick you on/off...I would want to clear facts with you so you dont imagine things(sometimes what you think is unimportant could mean everything to the other person).

2. If I respect you, I would be FAITHFUL to you. I wouldn't insult your personality/make a dent on your dignity. It's simple and straightforward.

3. And if we're faithful to each other, TRUST is naturally established. You are not insecure cos you know the level of your worth with him/her.

4. In this kind of relationship (marriage), ROMANCE/sex is 'jara'...is effortless.

So u see, it's like a law. Obey the main one and the rest fall into place.

I will answer with a personal experience. Back then in school I was dating this babe in Accounting just like other student At first I didn't take her serious until a lecturer in her Dept. became interested . To cut the long story short this girl change her Dept for my sake.

Tell me should I trust this girl? unfortunately she died Do to your question trust can only be build with time and if you pass the test when the circumstance arise that it.
