90% of the names appraised on GoValue has $1k+ appraisal. Don't take it seriously. Appraise the same domain on estibot.com or domainindex.com to get the right value. When you get $2k+ on your domains on GoValue then you can start to consider it has any value at all.

No, there's no way to bypass it, you have to wait for the 60 day period to be over before you transfer out.

However, you can still sell the domain name within 48 hours. But you'll have to push rather than transfer out to the buyer. For example, if the name was registered on Namesilo and you have a buyer for it, you'll simply tell the buyer to create an account with namesilo so you can push the name to him. You can do this without having to wait for the 60 day lock period to be over.

Why should you highjack someone's property. That is not good enough and it will definitely have repercussions if you stole it. You better make your own, rather than stealing somebody's property.

Domain pushing. ie that is moving a Domain from one account to another within the same registrar. I hardly do transfer.
