That's a total stupidity

Haha yes oohhh. Some of them earning well but involve themselves in some kind of hustle that I dont understand. A banker taking home 1.2M a month migrates to usa on B visa to hustle

Be honest? Those people that maintained in US after obtaining B1/B2 were also honest. If u one advice make una de give better one, honesty doesn't work for US visa just luck and depends on mood of VO

Yes be honest. My friend was actually told by the VO that he got his Visa cos he was honest. Our people are very complicated that's just the truth.

Yea, I will. thanks.

Hey! Not sure if the VO would look at or rely on those documents. It is inconsequential. Anyway, do as the spirit leads you.

Depending if you don't abuse your visa.... Dropbox can take from 5 working days to 2 months...

People still get Dropbox feedback in 5 working days?

Have you heard/seen anyone who got it in 5 days this year?

Just curious.

Lol I worked in a bank 2017/early 2018 and in the department people went to USA and returned very often for vacations, short courses and professional training. I also applied a B visa and was issued with no difficulties. There are different kind of people that work in the bank and the VO's tend to ask bout your day to day task . A highly skilled banker is not likely to cross the border to seek asylum in Canada. A cashier in the bank is more likely to do that

Now you get the drift... at the end of the day, they gave bankers bad names.

Bankers are part of the reason why we're in this mess in the first place... do your research and you will understand what I'm talking about... by the way they hardly give any banker not in Management level visa nowadays.

I don’t think so oh bankers get level oh
Even entry level are getting
Just tht bankers have decided to leave but then it’s not all

Several things determine who gets a visa and who doesn't including honesty. Honesty is very key, the moment you begin to tell lies, for someone who is trained in the art, they almost can tell. Moreover, you tell a lie, you have ti keep fabricating more lies to cover your previous lie.
The two times i have had to attend an interview, even i could tell who will likely get a visa and who wouldn't from the pattern of the interviews. The first time i attended a us visa interview, i had recently been denied French and UK visas in the preceding 2 months and still got issued the visa.

Why will a MOTHER visiting the US for the first time say she is attending a retreat in the US while she has a daughter who lives in the US and doesn't intend to visit the daughter. Does it make sense?
Or you attend a visa interview with your daughter wearing a crown having won a beauty peagent; smirks of desperation!

Good day house

Please I have a question.

My passport has less than 13 months validity left on it.

I will be applying for the tourist visa in July, which would further shorten the lifespan of my passport to less than a year.

Can I still use the same passport to apply for the visa?
Or I need ti get a new one

Because I read that the passport should have a six month lifespan afterthe and of my trip.

Thank you
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 3 by sholsy: 7:15am On Jan 28, 2019
Definitely. You could still apply on your current passport and if issued a visa, you could then get a new passport. The visa in the old passport would still be valid even if the passport is less than 6 month or expired but you would need a new passport to be able to travel along with the old passport that has the valid u.s visa.

Good day gurus in the house.
Pls! I need advice from anyone in this forum who have information about my predicament.
I went for my B1B2 (Conference B1)visa interview last week wednesday in Abuja.I think I answered all the questions correctly and honestly. At the expiration of the interview the VO returned my passport and my Ds 160 and gave me a 221g administrative yellow paper, she said I 'll be contacted through mail.No documents was checked or asked for during the interview session. The next day I received a mail from the embassy with attached DS-5535 form to be filled and email back to the embassy. The attached DS 5535 form has been filled and mail back the embassy.
Don't understand what this process is all about, anyone with useful information and advice is highly welcome.

Are you a Muslim?
What groups do you or close family members actively belong to or participate online?

Since your passport was returned to you, I doubt you are getting the visa but some reallllllllllly personal and vital information about you will be noted and stored.

The only person I knew that was given D'S 5535 form was :
For K1 visa
Kinda Muslim fanatic
His passport was however not returned to him after visa interview and yes, he was granted visa after lots and lots of scrutiny.

Good afternoon house, kindly help me out. My cousin is doing her graduation by MAY. I was giving an invitation to attend.
what are the necessary document to go along with to embassy? I am married with 2 children but claimed single on my international passport. How can I defend this with the VO.
Thanks.

Why are you lying in your international passport? Where you single while doing the passport then got married after?

Yes, Abuja is 4 working days to 2 weeks via dropbox on the average. Mine took about one week during xmas period. So Basically it took 4 to 5 working days. It was 221G though.
