As for the preaching and teaching program, i'm restricting that to only 'the lost sheep of the house of Israel'! So any arguments i go just waka pass go the next door! Na so Jesus tslk am,see you at Daluwon 4! wink wink wink

I just wished you could stand up for yourselves and study the Word of God, learn about the truth man"-you haven't a clue about which way is up" a lair is a JW who thinks himself to be self righteous 'one that doesn't spend time studying the scriptures-but points their finger-like he is somebody 'when he is nobody!
""As the Hebrew word "Sheol" spoke of the state, condition, or place of the dead in the Old Testament, the same is true in the New Testament with the Greek word "Hades." The word Hades has a number of different meanings in the New Testament.
1. The Grave - The Place Of Bodily Decay
2. The Place Of The Punishment For The Wicked
3. Possibly As A General Term For The Unseen Realm Of The Dead
Hades is always connected with death, never with life. The context will determine its meaning. It does not refer specifically, or exclusively, to the place of punishment. Like Sheol, it is an intermediate place - it never refers to the place of final punishment.
It was not until the time of Christ that conditions in the afterlife were more fully revealed. The Bible says.
{2 Timothy 1:10} But it has now been revealed through the appearing of our Savior Christ Jesus, who abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel!
The New Testament says the following about Hades.
1. The Grave - The Place Of Bodily Decay
Hades is the place of bodily decay. Peter said the following about the death of Jesus.
{Acts 2:29-31} "Fellow Israelites, I may say to you confidently of our ancestor David that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day. Since he was a prophet, he knew that God had sworn with an oath to him that he would put one of his descendants on his throne.
Foreseeing this, David spoke of the resurrection of the Messiah, saying, 'He was not abandoned to Hades, nor did His flesh experience corruption'
The grave would have no victory over the Messiah.
2. Place Of Punishment For Wicked
Hades is a place of temporary punishment of the unrighteous dead. Jesus told the story of the rich man and Lazarus.
{Luke 16:23-26} In Hades, where he [the rich man] was being tormented, he looked up and saw Abraham far away with Lazarus by his side. He called out, 'Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am in agony in these flames.'
But Abraham said, 'Child, remember that during your lifetime you received your good things, and Lazarus in like manner evil things; but now he is comforted here, and you are in agony. Besides all this, between you and us a great chasm has been fixed, so that those who might want to pass from here to you cannot do so, and no one can cross from there to us'
{Matthew 11:23} And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? No, you will be brought down to Hades. For if the mighty deeds done in you had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day
3. Place For Righteous Dead?
There is some question as to whether Lazarus and Abraham were in Hades or in heaven. If they were in Hades, they were in a place that was separated from the unrighteous dead.
Hades Opposes Christ's Church
Hades is sometimes used of the powers of death. Jesus said that the forces of Hades would not stop the spread of His gospel.
{Matthew 16:18} And I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it..
In this context, Hades speaks of the realm of the dead -or the grave.
Distinguished From Death
In the Book of Revelation, Hades is distinguished from death.
{Revelation 6:8} There was a pale green horse! Its rider's name was Death, and Hades followed with him; they were given authority over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword, famine, and pestilence, and by the wild animals of the earth
Hades Will Be Destroyed--Hades is not a permanent place. It will cease to exist at some future time.
{Revelation 20:13,14} The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them . . .
Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire , Because Hades will someday be destroyed, it is not to be seen as the ultimate abode of the unbelieving dead.
Jesus Has The Key
{Revelation 1:18} Jesus Himself has the keys to death and Hades. I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. . . And I have the keys of Hades and Death..
He has conquered death and the grave.
Only Unbelieving Dead
{2 Corinthians 5:8} Hades is now a place for the unbelieving dead. The righteous go to be with the Lord when they die, Paul wrote. Yes, we do have confidence, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord!
Hades, like its Old Testament counterpart Sheol, refers to a number of different things.
Sometimes it refers to the grave, the place where the dead reside. It also refers to the place where the wicked suffer after death. It may also be a general term for the unseen realm of the dead, but this is not clear. It is never used of final destination of anyone, righteous or unrighteous. Hades will someday end when it is thrown into the lake of fire.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Then we may ask ourselves Where is hell? Since we have already studied about Hades-We don’t know the specific location of where hell is except that it’s sometimes referred to as being “down,” but we do know that it’s a place of weeping and gnashing of teeth (signifying eternal regret), of outer darkness, and is permanent.
You wouldn’t wish that on your worst enemy. It’s so terrible that it’s beyond description and it’s beyond comprehension, and only those that are there can know what such torment feels like. When hell is mentioned, it is often associated with fire, so hell and the lake of fire seem to be referring to the same place.
Jesus warned His listeners about the reality of hell and the permanent state of being there as He said it is “where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’ For everyone will be salted with fire” {Mark 9:48-49}
Barristter07:

Don't be silly o grin

Brocab said ' Hades is not hell ' after he found himself at a tight corner on the subject of born again grin .. But we found the KJV exposing him as a liar since KJV itself translated Hades as Hell.

Brocab fails to realize that the favorite Lazarus and rich man story, KJV rendered Hades as Hell again . Destroying Brocabs claim . if am to use his statement against him , it means KJV was wrong to render Hades as Hell at Luke 16.

Who do you agree with, KJV or Brocab ? grin grin

If only you know what wonders spirit beings can do to suit any purpose of theirs! When Elijah had encounter with God,he[God] appeared in different forms and at last the Bible said God wasn't even in any of those things Elijah saw! 1King 19:11,12 Surely it is angels that God sent to do all of that[ Exodus 13:21 compare to 14:19]yet Elijah is hearing the voice of God!
So when you hear SPIRIT know that they can arrange anything as in ANYTHING to prove a point yet they only used such means purposefully because it's within their capability! Jesus is alive as a spirit being once again not as flesh but Thomas who has suffered all the humiliation and abuses for being with the Christ needed to be convinced so that he too could be bold enough to teach others about the resurrected Jesus!
So Jesus would do everything possible to strengthen his friend!

Jesus was born by a Carpenter,he's mother got pregnant before sleeping with his father,he grew up to become a carpenter, nobody knew Jesus as a teacher or scholar in any rabbinical school[as Bible school was called then] until he went to John[his COUSIN] for baptism, thereafter he began gatheting followers and performing signs.
{Luke 2:45-50} So when they did not find Him, they returned to Jerusalem, seeking Him. Now so it was that after three days they found Him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the teachers, both listening to them and asking them questions.
And all who heard Him were astonished at His understanding and answers. So when they saw Him, they were amazed; and His mother said to Him, “Son, why have You done this to us? Look, Your father and I have sought You anxiously.”
And He said to them, “Why did you seek Me? Did you not know that I must be about My Father’s business?” But they did not understand the statement which He spoke to them.
And who was Jesus's Father, it deafeningly wasn't the carpenter Jesus preached about, do you Maximus understand anything about when Jesus began His ministry! And yet it is written in the scriptures as clear as it sounds.
Maximus69:
Mr brocab Sir,it's how well that matters most than how far!
Neutrality is what i am using as my personal key here.
Hmmm if i should critically look into his background,i will never have accept him as the Messiah/Christ. But what about prophecies regarding the messiah that WASN'T compiled in one single column in the scripture? His powerful teachings that turned Jewish zealots{thugs fighting for freedom of the jewish nation} to harmless sheepish citizens?
You have to start quoting from different Bible books and correlating them to prove that Jesus is the Messiah, this is what made it so difficult for those first century Jews to accept Jesus' teachings because they claim that first century Christians do cherry-pick scriptures to support their leader! undecided Today instead of concentrating on the prophesies about what TRUE Christians would achieve in this last days, most people are just supportive of the long time tradition that's common!
Well Maximus don't know Russel neither do i know any of this so called founders of churches today, but one thing i know is that logically Churches are formed and they do breakaway from one another yet there is nothing of any significance or uniqueness,it's still the same tradition that's carried from generation to generation. The group that Russel started in the 1870s have also broken to pieces just like other churches formed before and after the twentieth century but one out of Russels arrangement has emerged with tremendous achievements that's undeniable!

If Hell wasn't real-then this proves you don't believe in Jesus-because it was Jesus who preached Hell just as much as He did Heaven, but you don't believe you will be in either of them!
Barristter07:
So this poor post is the best you can offer.

Mr Asalimpo, it says clearly Soul AND BODY . no division . clear enough. Matt 10:28

Since you now admit the human body can go to hell , Why don't human bodies go to hell today if HELL is real ?

Or is Jesus a Liar ?

if hell is the physical grave, how could the richman lookup and see! He was physically dead.
2) where did the fire come from -graves have no fire?
3) how come lazarus n abraham were there at a distance? Impossible for one confined in grave space?
How come the beggar though also dead was alive? Then it was not the beggar's body that was alive.
What did the angel carry into Abraham's bossom? The beggar's corpse? This cant b since the beggar was dead but the beggar in Abraham's bossom was alive? How come?

There. I have spelled it out logically for you- please dont jump and say something stupid again like,it was d richman's flesh. The richman was physically dead!!

The beggar wasnt buried . point no 1 . his entire body was carried off, dip his fingers in WATER . physical water, physical touch. He was there Bodily.

Rich man still have his Fleshly tongue, he was there Bodily.

To whose Bossom was Abel carried since Abraham wasnt yet born that time ?

let's take it one by one.
The richman died nd was buried.
The beggar died also.
So physically both were dead. What did the angel carry? The dead beggar?
2) The dead richman was in a grave, how did fire get into grave?
3) how did did he ,in the grave become alive ?
4) how did the corpse of the beggar become alive ?

5) how did abraham's corpse become alive? Did the angel take the corpse of the beggar to abraham's grave then move abraham's grave to the richman's grave?
6) since it was a common grave, why didnt the dead-yet-alive richman get up and leave the grave?
7) how big was the grave that it seemed to span a great expanse so that the richman had to look up!
cool if the richman died yet was physcally alive? Then how did he become physically alive again?
9) if lazarus died but became physcally alive again! How did he become so?
10) if they both died but yet became alive, when did they then really die?
11) if the richman became alive a second time did he die a second time and reburied a second time?
12) if the angel carried corpse of the beggar, why arent angels snatching corpses of righteous dead people today?
13) what kind of grave has such great expanse that a person cant cross a great gulf to get to the other side?

14) if the richman was dead yet became alive after he was buried, then why doesnt this happen that all ppl dead instantly become alive after burial?

Please go over each one and answer one by one.

My friend this is not one of your military service stuff!
You're dealing with your SENIOR brother in the TRUTH,even if you're older in age i'm still older than you in the system so you listen to me! grin grin grin
Alright i'll also come with goat meat too then we can have enough and even share with friends around. I love swallow so it's Poundo Yam with vegetables!
There is one thing you must know about Jehovah's organization!
Jehovah is a God that loves EQUITY mind you not EQUALITY! That's the first criteria of coming to know him, whoever has no interest in equity can never appreciate Jehovah's arrangement!
The world is after equality that's why they're always at logger heads and having conflicts here and there but in Jehovah's organization,we're to imitate Jehovah in focusing on equity!

Hmmm i think that's not too difficult to understand because my conductor taught me you people make voluntary contributions to support the organizational arrangements in order that every member of the organization can get a copy of each printed publication. When i noticed the differences in kingdom halls found in various locations i also question him and he said the society builds what each community can cope with not something that's going to cause so much attraction and put worshipers at risk of bandits, whereas others will build something thats more than the standard of the local buildings then hire security guards. Your NWT alone would have been too costly for most African brothers if not because of that system so i fully grasp the equity side of it. Please is that why Jesus said he will deny many for being workers of iniquity? And are you saying there are no such ones in your midst?

Jesus warned His listeners about the reality of hell and the permanent state of being there as He said it is “where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’ For everyone will be salted with fire” {Mark 9:48-49}
Wayo write up no wonder the wayo man wey copy am no wan give credit to the original author
If u actually studied the Bible you know that Gehenna is the correct word instead of hell at Mark9:48-49
