You and I are not really our physical bodies, we are the Energy Beings that actually 'drive' the physical body, the physical body is just a vehicle for Mission Earth, which by the way, is a Simulated Computer Game-like existence we call 'Life'.

2. I live close to the Atlantic Ocean, so I go to the Beaches and take long walks and the energy is neutralized.
