more Nigerians are beast. if u are struggling in life u are tagged lazy. go & sell gala yada yada while they will never tell u how they got their capital & d hundreds of millions they boast of . last last many people & d scammers themselves wouldn't end well.

stealing is d only sin dat u return 4x or 5x of what u stole so u can set ur soul free from damnation on judgement day. don't allow pastor or imam deceive u with "forgiveness, grace & mercy" . Go & pay ur debt. it is a debt dat must be paid.

Boss what of when you are trying to buy something online and it is requested. What will you do
Good question, before you buy something online u would know the site right? Now, any site that deals with currency will usually have an "S" in front of the http:// I.e it will be https:// as the s stands for security. And again am sure if u want to go to lets say alibaba.com. You don't have to follow any link. Always try to type in the address yourself to avoid stumbling on a phishing page... Meanwhile, I dey find I.T job.

you must have benefited heavily from a politician. How could you say such a thing. this is the problem we have in this country trying to justify the damage caused by politicians because in one way or the other they are benefiting and condemning others because they ain't getting anything or their activities are affecting your business, what is bad is bad.

A politician given money to sink a borehole for a community lacking clean and portable water and swindles the money, do you know how many diseases are water related and the lives that would be lost from people suffering from the disease, what of the man hour lost, what of looting money meant for good roads and hospital. People are afraid to talk to politician because they are influential and move with securities but they are the pioneers of the problems we have in Nigeria, during president Jonathan's era job seekers were made to pay thru their nose because they were seeking fraudulent immigration work, people even died and nothing was done.

Above are just few examples, a German recently told me that both our Government and citizens are fraudulent.

You're not the only one that was scammed by Skrill, TechCapon. We many. Those scoundrels also made away with almost $200 of my hard earned money the very first time I used their service in the name of administrative fee. The remaining sum they allowed me withdraw was less than N300 per dollar. Even worse than the official exchange rate. Only God can punish those people.

For everyone out there who is fond of praising yahoo boys or saying things like “they’re just trying to recover our stolen wealth from white people”, I pity you and pray you never fall victim to a yahoo boy in your life because that’s when you will feel the gravity of pain and agony those guys have inflicted on innocent unsuspecting victims.

They are scavengers and ready to scam anyone who falls into their fraudulent schemes whether white man or black man, old or young, rich or poor, educated or illiterate. No one is completely safe and immune to the activities of yahoo boys and they keep innovating new strategies to defraud people of their hard earned money.

They have ruined lives, destroyed homes, inflicted pains and severely tainted our image as a country. Deny legitimate hard working people many opportunities because the world has lost trust in anyone called a Nigerian. It breaks my heart to hear people asking why law enforcement officers are arresting these people and I ask such people. “Is it until they scam your father of his retirement savings that you will condemn this evil that has so plagued our country and tarnished our image in the worst possible way?”
Thanks bro don't mind the fools supporting them their problem is ignorance and illiteracy. I think I know the guy wearing red on that pic he was my classmate. Nigerian youths don turn thieves Finnish.

Why not use PayPal instead
some countries are not allowed to use PayPal... Just like Nigeria... So the option is Skrill... But after all the Skrill drama... I have to find another way

Those are G men

They got nothing but love for your card details

No matter where or how the conversation is
Days ,weeks , months , years once dey ask just laugh and say NO

No bank
No bank will ever ask for your bank details
Bank will tell you to visit the nearest branch ....
what if i told you that the era of asking for card details is gone. But can still get hold of your card

We are back in the 90's where the youths were armed robbers but this time they are online,
They have successfully told us the North is in shambles because of Religion not because the youth are jobless and restless. The same reaction is playing out in the south, it's a business now and the police, EFCC are reaping in, honestly I doubt they would want it to end.
And for people talking about 'spoiling Nigeria's reputation' are you just fvcking waking up?
A country without electricity should not even talk about reputation.

This is why my ATM card is always deactivated. I only activate it at the point of using it, then deactivate it immediately I'm done with the transaction. I've equally deactivated my sms alert.

Once they know your account number and the phone number you receive alert, they can clone your line using fake ID cards and then wipe your money using fake merchant account on paystack.com

The situation is very pathetic.

Bolded is red flag. The verified account may not even be theirs. No organisation will ask for password of its users. They can get every details about you without needing your password. Password is only to authenticate you to them that it is really you.

TechCapon:
Never for once did I ever imagined that I would be a potential victim to internet scammers but reality hit me and I have learned my lesson even though they failed in their attempt. I won the battle and I want to share my story to expose their methods and save future victims from making the same mistake I did. The fact that I defeated them does not mean their next victim could do the same so please share this post every way you can.

A while ago I did a freelance job (article writing) for a client in the US and he wanted to pay me for my services. Since PayPal don’t allow Nigerians receive funds I started to ask my friends of ways to receive funds in Nigeria from a foreign country. A friend advised me to use Skrill and that they accept Nigerians and work just the same way as PayPal. I quickly created an account on Skrill and sent my email to the client. Money paid, I received an email notification and everyone was happy. After that I forgot about the money in my skrill account until a few days ago I suddenly remembered the money and decided to withdraw it. THAT’S WHEN SHIT HIT THE FAN……

SKRILL SCAM
THE MONEY HAS VANISHED! My account balance was $0. Skrill has stolen the money in my account leaving me with an empty account. Immediately, I visited the Skrill website hoping to reach customer care or at least get their official email account to lay a complaint. I couldn’t find anything. The only thing I saw was some Frequently asked questions (FAQs) and answers which they had already prepared ahead. I had heard before now that Skrill is a scam organization but I never really took it seriously because I thought they wouldn’t do that to a new user. HOW WRONG I WAS.

Angrily, I stormed their Twitter page to call them out and possibly get an explanation to my plight. I left a couple of messages on their verified Twitter handle demanding explanation. Then suddenly I received a DM from a “Skrill account” asking me “Good day sir, how may we assist you today?” We had a very long conversation where I explained my plight to them in details. I even sent a screenshot to prove I had money in the account and I never withdrew the money.

They asked for my skrill account details and password, promised to resolve the issue. He pleaded with me not to embarrass them any further. Little did I know that all these while I was chatting with Yahoo boys who cloned Skrill’s Twitter account with the same name, profile pictures etc. It’s very difficult to suspect anything wrong with it.

I know someone they removed $120 from his account, blocked his account and accused him of violating terms and conditions. The guy is pleading that they should tell him which terms he violated they just ignored him.
wow I use skrill almost every time and never had issue apart from the withdrawal part where I finally got a visa dollar card and still yet can process my withdrawal saying my card is not complaint. So I just found one honest guy here on Nl who I do sell the funds to. Ps- pls any sensitive online account you operate please do ensure your 2FA is turned on to avoid stories that touch.
