Sorry about your refusal. Similar error was made on my app and I used the error to contest my refusal via a JR which to the glory of God I won. You could also research how JR works and consider using it.

abusmanlouis:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue.
• Pursuant to paragraph 220(b) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study.
• Pursuant to paragraph 220(c) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the cost of transporting yourself and any family members who are accompanying you to and from Canada.

i never said any of my family members is accompany me to canada. i am shocked to see these reasons
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.
Sincerely,
High

The VO are not above error. It is very unlikely he made any mistake. From my experience, the quality of how canadian student visa processing is very poor that is the reason no one can second guess them. There is so much inconsistency, just imagine the way people's passport are detained and how the app are not regularly updated. How about holding app for more than a year? The list goes on and on.

Qudkom:

Wow are you sure while filling the study permit questionnaire or family form you didn't tick yes for family members accompanying you? Cross check that before filing for gcmsnote.

Wooooh, did you use an agent during this application? Because it was a similar refusal reason that Evankc got, and he/she used agent as well.

Thanks boss. My school of interest happens to be Algonquin and I plan to apply for a 2years Diploma course in Computer Systems Technician. Am in need of a little guidance on how this school application works. Also if I can use my B.sc certificate to apply or it has to be my O'level plus if IELTS is a criteria. Thanks

Enter the school website... it's pretty simple... u can use your Bsc/transcript to apply for admission. IELTS isn't a requirement as long as your Bsc was taught in English

That's why I said cross check before ordering the gcms note. At least after doing that you can be sure it was the VO that made the mistake.

This is a peak period for most institutions so you should be looking upwards of 3weeks and abo2 especially if you applied for Winter session (January). They will want to finish up with the fall applicant before dealing with future applicants. All the best in the application.

Hello to everyone over here. I'm a newbie on this thread. I will love to study in Canada, someone should kindly put me through on how to apply for my underGraduate in any of the Uni over there. THANKS!

Well, lemme just put you through. Firstly, you need to fast and pray for forty days, then visit a River close to you at 00.00am. Do ensure to tie a white wrapper around your waist before entering the River.

On your way home, take a route that goes through any 4 junction.

At the junction, shout "How to apply for an undergraduate program in Canada " 150times. Finally, walk home with your back turn to your direction. Your ancestors/gods of the land would have the answer(s) waiting for you at home.

Technically yes you can ! You are allowed to apply for both because of something called dual intent . Officers are supposed to assess both cases independently BUT tbh I feel it might be harder to prove ties and there is a strong chance study permit app will be refused . My advice will be to try EE straight away if you qualify atm, that way if you choose to go to school in canada you won’t pay international fees
