Pls my bros student visa refuse for the 3 rd time ,tution deposit ,sponsors accounts 50 m balance ,his accounts 12 m pls what can be the problem the tution fees is 9000 k what else u dey want ?

I will attempt this from assumption(s):

1. The SOP was poor
2. There was no proper financial commitment from the sponsor.

It would be best if you draw out the complete profile for better advise from people here. To also avoid assumptions, the gcms notes should be requested

Thank you.

It is clear that this is not the main reason you got delayed, so let's wait for your gcms note to arrive before we conclude. Also, look at other aspects of your app and see where you might have gotten it wrong because you are good to go with respect to fund(though you didn't state how much you had as closing balance.......you earning 7m/year says nothing about your closing balance)

There are other aspects of an app apart from funds(e.g purpose of visit, home-tie, personal asset ,....) . check to see where you might have gone wrong, but while you do that order for your gcms note as that will give a detailed reason for the delay.

Please guys, is there any other means of identification apart from international passport that can be tendered by the sponsor? Has anyone here used a means of identification for their sponsor that wasn't International passport? I just want to clarify something please

Hello Everyone,
Just got denied a Student Visa for the following reasons
1.Statement of purpose
2.Personal assets and financial status

SOA 8m excluding 1.5m paid as first semester tuition fee
Paid 1.5m as first semester tuition
Going for PGC in Business Analytics in Cambrian College
Mature candidate
Married with two kids
Graduated in 2005
My SOP was 3 pages long highlighting the values I will get from the program, detailing source of funds (I made 3 bulk payments into my account before I applied)
Currently work in a financial institution
Submitted land docs, employment letters, promotion letters, payslips for myself and wife
Didn't use the account my salary is paid into used my other account instead due to loan deductions from the account

Gurus in the house please I need your help in tackling the above reasons for the denial. My school resumes on Sept 3 2019 and I want to quickly reapply.

I applied online on June 1st
Biometrics done on June 6th
BVL email on June 27th
Refusal mail on June 28th

My opinion on the financial aspect

You submitted payslips but there was no salary account to match the payments. If those bulk payments were done in the salary account and explained, VO could have rated your financial status. Note that anyone can design payslips with a specific amount on it (Dont get me wrong...I am not saying you forged it ). The only way to defend that payslip is to show where it was deposited.

Could you tell us what your current duty is in the bank?.....Operations/Marketing?

This is a do it yourself forum.. So If you are going through the study route, I will advise you read up this forum form previous parts up till this part, I bet you that u will be fully knowledgable about applying for study Visa.. please do not approach agents, they do more harm than good cos they are always after the money.. You can also apply for the express entry immigration process, since you have so many years of work experience and also I wanna assume you have a Masters degree.. The only factor that I see that may reduce ur scores in the Express Entry application is ur age, but like we all knw, MIRACLES HAPPENS.. Good luck and peace ..

So many applicants have gotten their Visas after changing Courses and schools after their previous refusals.. So it's possible.. Peace

Hello Good People

Is it advisable or ok to change schools after a Visa refusal if it is going to increase one's chance of approval.

Address the reasons for ur last Refusals mentioned in ur GCMS.. Peace
95seun:
For people with multiple refusals — upwards of two, in successive applications how did you structure your LOE ?
The current template I’m following is to address the most current refusal, and then explain how I have addressed previous refusals.
Is this necessary or should I only address the current refusal if previous refusal reasons were not mentioned in the latest GCMS note and refusal letter ?

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by teefinix: 10:30am On Jun 30, 2019
Thanks for your response.

I explained in the sop yhe need to further my education. I explained my gap showing my work experience whc started immediately after nysc. I work as an audit trainee for 6mths b4 joining the bank where i still work till date. During all these period too i studied and got certified with ACCA and NIM.
I am presently seeking to study my msc in finance since i want to focus now on investment banking. All these i explained in the sop.
I submitted my account stmt of 4mths although i dont have much closing bal but turnover was 3.8m. I added my tibilk certificate of 4m to cover my LE and that of my 2yr son who is accompling me.

My sponsor account has 33k$ to cover the bal of my tuition of 22k$.

My bank doesnt give leave letter...but only letter of introduction which i also submited.

JustMellow:

How was your SOP (your previous course and intended course - if there is relation or not, how the you explain it) and did you explain your study gap? Was there a leave approval letter?

Thanks brother.
I have ordered the notes but it will be too to reapply considering the 30days for gcms notes. Sch resumes sept 1st. I submitted my stmtof 4mths...although no balance but turnover was 3.8m. We are not allowed in my office to use our salary acc for other purposes apart from salary si i cant put any funds there. So i kept 4m (14k$) in tbill which i submitted.
The balance of my tuition and LE (30k) was in my sponsor acc which has a total of 33kusd wc is equivalent 4kcanadian $.

Good morning all the ogas in the house. I greet you all.
Please I need your views and opinions on my issue though not on Canada but related. I am a prospective postgraduate student of the university of Bremen Germany, I got admission to study Msc environmental physics, my problem now is I can't book appointment for interview at the German embassy because of passport which I applied for some weeks now at the asaba NIS office, I have done the necessary documentation and capturing yet they are telling me there is no booklet to produce the passport,. I even tried to rub their hands maturedly yet the PCO insists that he understands my situation but can't help. I don't know what to do please let me know what I can do about this because time is really running out as the interview appointment at embassy seems to be filled.

Kindly advise
Thank you so much
Best regards

I am in NIS Asaba,we have captured your biometrics here so you can't go to any other passport office to apply for a passport. If I may ask who handled your file at NIS Asaba? It is a fact booklets are scarce but if you go through the proper channel you will be given attention.
