Erase it and check if the code reapper and if so then the the timing is not yet correct

I have done that. It reappeared. That means they will have to do everything all over again.

Check engine light indicator is powertrain issue not oil change .Scan and resolve the problem and the check light will disappear.

I'm so sorry o, it might seem dumb. How do I check for the engine indicator or where do I check?

We took apart the whole suspension o.

Pads everything was checked

That's how we found the bad bushing

Parts are new
Might try replacing all bushings just for the sake of it
NO. Don't just throw parts. If u replaced all bad bushings with good ones i think U shld focus on other parts. And are U sure the noise is coming from the suspension or probably some other thing?

Try to find a technician dt uses a scanner to help U scan the system for stored faults. If u av someone close to u with an OBDII scanner that could also help.
Scan codes and paste here lets see what the comouter is trying to tell us.

U need a mechanic for that. Brake system service must be carried out by trained personnel. Na ur safety be dt o.... could be the brake pad, could be your brake fluid is low, could be your ABS system is faulty. Reason why U need to visit a technician

I just got a Toyota corolla 2007 model last year. Initially i used conventional Mobil oil (the one sold for 5K). I later switched to Mobil synthetic this year and have not serviced my car in 6 months. The car is jerking a bit and i got our company driver to check, he says i may have to change the plugs and service the car... Some of my friends says Synthetic oil is not necessary for Older, high mileage cars... my car is about 135k.... what do you think please ?

First of all the jerking might be unrelated with the synthetic oil U r using however after 6 months you need to visit a competent tech to help with servicing and probably a general engine tune up checking the plugs, injectors, throttle body, air filter, fuel pressure and complete engine diagnosis etc.
For the synthetic oil issue, generally I advice high mileage cars to switch to thicker oils like 10w40, 15w40 or 20w50 (synthetic preferably) etc.
however, there are exceptions. if from the vehicle history the vehicle has always been serviced with recommended oil I recommend such customers to continue with recommended oil.
in ur case, when you switched to synthetic, did U experience smoke from the exhaust and oil shorting in d engine?

As for the type of oil to use, kindly answer the following....
1. Did you get the car Nigerian used or foreign used?
If foreign used, use the recommended 5W30. If not move to question 2 below.

2. Was the car bought as a Nigerian used car?
If yes, you'll need to get the service history from the previous owner (the kind of oil and filter used and how often the oil is changed and at what millage). If the previous owner was using the 5k oil and the engine is covered in sludge, then I'd advice you stick to the 5k oil (unless the experts have a better opinion).
And for the vibration or jerking, at what point do you observe it?
1. During acceleration?
2. During gear change on acceleration?
3. While changing gears from Neutral position to D or R if equipped with auto gear.
4. While idling does the engine stutters?
5. Is there a significant drop of power when engine is loaded (in D, AC on, and all that)?.
All that and more are what the gurus might need to know including a scan code to remotely help you.

I have a feeling the jerking is due to sludge buildup affecting the VVTi system.
answer's to ur questions will help sha

What's your take on using chemical substance or diesel blend to desludge an engine.
I've seen several videos on YouTube where they used a diesel engine oil mix in the engine and ran the car for 5-10min before draining to clean the internals.
I'd like an expert opinion before I shoot myself in the foot.

tried it once with a 2001 camry. it worked a little.
however, such desludging is only effective in engines with minimal sludge.
also I wld say It depends on level of sludge buildup.
ever noticed some engines that start to smoke after desludging? carbon buildup or sludge helps some engines with high wear and tear. if d sludge is not much U can go ahead.

Is there a better way to know the level of sludge in the car apart from looking through the oil filler cap?
Besides my valve seals are beginning to wear off (I suppose) as engine puffs out little white smoke when you step hard on the gas pedal and goes off especially when engine has heated up.
The smoke is not continuous, it puffs out and stops only on hard rev limiter revving.
Engine is a Nissan SR20DE engine.

when it comes to sludge I like to take an invasive method
1. drain oil and inspect.
2. open valve cover. this one na clear indication of the sludge presence as U will see exactly whats happening.

also valve seal leak usually indicates smoke at cold start then later it settles down.
then white smoke at high rpm might just be an issue with air fuel ratio inbalance. oil is usually blue and since its not blue, I will not suspect oil burn yet until the fuel and air systems av been checked.

I bought it as a foreign used car.. I was the one that registered it.. So I guess i would just stick to 5W30 and do a proper servicing.. I am thinking of going to Total auto shop so i could get a history as i have used several road side mechanic until now. what do you think?

If U r convinced they will do a thorough job at Total pls do. However assuming U stay in lagos u can also contact other reputable Techs on here Gazzuzz or Autologic. They both sell good oils. I am confident they will take great care of your car.

The jerking might be caused by a misfire. Kindly carry out a diagnosis on your engine so as to identify the cause of the jerking. Where do U stay?
