Good evening boss in the house, hope your day has been good?
please I just unlocked the bootloader on my redmi note 5 pro, I want to switch to from miui beta to miui stable.
on opening the mi flash a dialog box pops up indicating I install some drivers.
I click on the install button but an error pops up saying JIT error.

Help needed please as I need to use the device morrow.

You have to unlock bootloader first.

Also there is a new update for this ROM

I need someone to put me through the unlocking of bootloader, rooting, installation of new rom and so on.. I Will be happy if anybody body is willing to put me through.

Godd morning Bro. One quick question pls. When flashing a new custom rom through twrp is it necessary to wipe vendor. I'm asking because when I was using rn4x sometimes I do sometimes I don't but didn't seem to notice any negative effect while flashing miuipro, mui.eu,havoc,pixel experience etc.

You have to factory reset from twrp menu

Backup your important stuff to an external drive before proceeding

I am on MIUI stable global version, I have flashed the phone couple of times. But after about 2\3 reboot. It requires password again which I don't know.

it's either you format data using the twrp or use another recovery like pitchblack or orangefox

Good news Xiaomites, after being afraid and much foot dragging, I have just updated my Redmi Note 5 China Version with Global ROM installed to Android Pie (9) through OTA without issues. Thank you guys I really disturbed you people.

what's your location? Redmi 6 pro requires authorized account, and the phone needs to be open to do testpoint/edl flashing
