Hello everyone, I'm currently studying for a Masters degree in the UK and I want to apply for another Masters degree in Canada.
I will like to ask if I can apply for Canadian Study Visa in the UK without having to come to Nigeria. I also wish to know the potential challenge I might encounter during the application process.

Thank you
Applying from UK won't be am issue for you since you are a legal resident there. But why don't you roundup your masters in UK then go to Canada for PhD or via express entry? With your UK masters, getting express entry will be very easy for you(though it also depends on your age).

Yes you can apply while in UK because you have a temporary residence status (your BRP).

Quick questions?

Why do you want to go for another masters? Some VO’s will want to know why ... so be prepared.

Do you have any work experience?

When will your BRP expire?

My suggestion is apply in UK.

I no agree with you o

London office will take at least 11 weeks to process his application and refuse him for two reasons. At least Nairobi will refuse anyone they wana refuse under 3-4 weeks.

I really want to try the express entry option. I tried to calculate my CRS score and it's around 411 with a potential 8,7,7,7 IElTS score.

1. Check University of Toronto for Master of Industrial relations and human resources
Check University of Regina for Master of human resource development.

2. Yes, as long as you didn't violate any rules, it's an advantage.

Hello everyone,

I applied for BSc and got denied for TRV twice this year (May and July precisely).

I don't know if applying for MSc would raise eyebrow as I initially applied for BSc in order to get TRV.

Can someone help with this?

Why did you apply for BSc? If you already have a Bsc, applying for another is likely a refusal.
You can apply for Msc as it shows study progression.

Go ahead and apply for the M.sc or a PGD., there will be no eyebrow to be raised. Also, make sure it correlates with either your work experience or previous studies

Conestoga College.

You will have to provide a specific account (whether old or new) that you think is reliable and safe for such transaction. During the refund process, endeavour to choose that the transaction should be done in dollars rather than naira.

1. You can check Memorial University then expand your search via the aid of Google.

2. To an extent, you have an advantage but not necessarily a guarantee. Try to package your application to the best of your knowledge

If you're a fresh graduate, then its safe to input your academic years in the university and NYSC, and other extra curriculum activities that is relevant. If not, input your work experiences whether paid or voluntary.

Endeavour to show evidence.
