I could have sworn I replied... Body parts are not our thing. Sometimes we have for certain models but my servers crashed from a power surge so I can't check.

I meant simply order it yourself and have it delivered to a freight forwarder...

A tear down and inspection to see what is wrong for this transmission takes 8 or 9.8 hours (N40-49,000) depending on whether it is rear wheel or 4 wheel drive. This inspection fee is applied to the repair so don't worry smiley

The repair itself might be as simple as an adjustment requiring no parts like the Ford explorer we previously posted in which case total repair would be about N60k shocked cool

Even if there were a lot of parts to be replaced, a full rebuild kit would be under 200k and you would have a transmission with a 1 year warranty for under 300k and no gambling with a transmission that may be worse off than yours cool




So with 300k, this can be fixed.

The budget will be like this:

Car Purchase Price (including clearing) - N1.3m
Transmission Replacement (worst case) - N300k
Towing from Port to Repair Shop (budget) - N50k

TOTAL Purchase Price - N1.65m

Conclusion - This is great deal as car is priced from N2.5m in Nigeria

Hi, N2,500. Only exception is up to 10k if you have electrical issues to diagnose.

Hello Rad auto,if I am to change complete engine of a mazda cx 7 how much will be the cost?
Also currently having issues with Lexus es300, scan shows that engine is misfiring ,O2 sensor is bad, abs on the right leg is damaged...what will be the cost implication?
