OP, it's one thing to have not listened to advice and continued with the relationship, but it's an entirely different thing to bring a child into this world and watch it suffer.
A child with sickle cell have broken up homes and will still continue to break more.
If you love your woman and you love your sanity, it will be a difficult decision, but I think you should consider an abortion.
No child deserves to pass through the pain of being a sickler just because the parents couldn't stop having sex.
Go to a doctor if you are not sure of your chances, but if there's even 1 percent chance the child might end up a sickler, it is too much of a risk to take

Please go to the nearest teaching hospital and enquire about pre-natal diagnosis. You can test the fetus for its genotype and take a decision from here. There is a 75% chance the fetus is not a sickler but even if it is, the condition is much more manageable than it used to be. I have lost a lot of SS friends but I have another one who is a doctor living abroad, married with kids and in her 40s. You should both also look into long term contraceptives after this pregnancy to prevent anymore unplanned pregnancies.
