Any update on the rural immigration

I need directions on how to go about my current status.
I have done my IELTS with 6.5 score band, educational evaluation by Wes, I have an uncle living in Manitoba, work experience in Teaching, administration and HR. I plan writing my TEF/TCF in January.
What should be my move and which PNP should I go for?

If you have plans of moving elsewhere then go through ee. This is for people who really wanna remain in the province so this would probably not work for you or whoever is planning to leave after some time.

You are expected to remain in that province that nominated you for two years, counting from the date that your PR is issued. Then you can migrate after two years. It is important to note that if you migrate before the two years duration, you will face problem when you're qualified to apply for citizenship (4 years after PR). They will ask you to go back to the province and spend the two years.

Getting a job in these communities no easy I have being applying and applying all I get back is am not qualified
