You can use magisk to download it. Alternatively, use Dolby Atmos.
In magisk, click on download, search for it there

Gapp required selecting feature before download, so I left it at 65arm=9.0=stock
Is it the right gapp features?

You are just giving yourself unnecessary wahala. Go to TWRP, wipe, advanced wipe, (dalvik/cache/system/data) and wipe.

Then install the ROM and gapps. That's all.

Fastboot= if you using command prompt on the system
