My infinix note 4 goes off as soon as I unplug the charger no matter the battery percentage.

Initially my phone used to go off at random times and restarts several times unless I plug it. Now it goes off as soon as I unplug the phone. I have done a factory reset but the problem persists.

I want to know if it is likely a battery or motherboard issue.

I changed mine too like 2 times but the battery still dies at 30 percent, abeg update me when you fix yours

Its normal o, the performance of infinix phones depreciate with time, even if you get a new battery from the factory, it will still run down.

Anyone telling you Xiaomi is better is not saying the truth. The real truth is that although the processor may be better their phones are not durable. Even Camera wise, most of the stock cameras aren't good. Its Gcam that makes it better. And the Gcam malfunctions most of the time. [b] Because Gcam wasn't developed for Xiaomi devices. It was originally developed for only Google Pixel Devices. [\b] And the battery life also declines after a while. And their OS comes with a lot of glitches. If you are not super techy you might not get the best out of it. And theres a claim that their phones dont lasts past a year. It hasn't been verified yet.

Infinix might not be good but its affordable and their phones are durable and their OS is stable
