I had same issue for years.Let OP be prayerful and abstain from sins especially pre marital sins(Masturbation,fornication,pornography etc)

I Remember when I was younger, I do have lots of scratch on my body,but as I grew I noticed I scratch deeply at any slightest itch ,mostly during sleep ,so I had to monitor the way I react to itches on my body.believe me the scratches on my body became history.So at OP take this simple step first and see the outcome.
