Hello, I also experience the same thing. However, I have come to discover that these marks are actually made by wall geckos. Since I started killing them with BNC insecticide, I have stopped seeing these body marks.

Thats my thread! After serious prayers, the thing finally stopped. It been a very long time now that i experienced it last, that my case was critical that time, sometimes I used to have those marks all over my body, sometimes on my face.
I will just advice Op to be very prayerful, or seek for instruction from a man of God. Olorun Ju'won lo.

For My wife, we can rule out finger nails, spiders and wall geckos as her nails are well trimmed and we sleep on the sane bed.
My sister-in-law who lives in another state still experience it.
The marks seem to appear randomly and my not show up for many years.
We have been married for 8 years and she is a blessing to my life.
We have beautiful kids, live in our own house and enjoying life. So you may want to rule out the spiritual husband, witchcraft and the likes. Even if those things are responsible, she is the best thing that is happening to me and I can't imaging life without her.
