As at today, there is no statistics measuring numbers of educated people in any part of the country.
The reason is that there is no data base grouping Nigerians either in diaspora or at home according to their tribe in educational system.
Nigerians are known migrants,
I don't see the importance of this comparison in the first place.

Majority of those houses in the North are owned by the Igbos.
Eg Fina white of Kaduna. Check his Hotel in station round about next to evangel book shop Plaza owned by an Igbo man. His Plazas and hotels scatter everywhere in Kaduna state.
Igbos own the North and South.

South East leads, they are even competing with their host communities in terms of enrollment into primary, secondary and tertiary schools
