Hi Wip7, I am new to this site, I need your assistance on securing PhD admission and scholarship in either southern Cyprus or Northern Cyprus. I had over 4 point in my undergraduate and a distinction grade in my masters in Civil Engineering(Environmental Engineering option) at the University of Ibadan. pseudonomer:North Cyprus is Under Turkey and Turkey is not Under EU, while South Cyprus is Under Greece and Greece is under EU which makes South Cyprus automatically under EU. |

Mboki: But this is really confusing, when I checked countries under EU. Cyprus is there independently. https://europa.eu/european-union/about-eu/countries_en I’m only asking for a friend going to north Cyprus as a student... I just want to be sure if the residence permit issued in North Cyprus can be use to access other EU countries freely |

pseudonomer: For Nigerian to come to North Cyprus as a student, must obtain visa from Turkish embassy. The visa applicant must appear physically at the embassy/visa center at Abuja if applying from Nigeria with the required documents. Other means is via ok-to-board which isn’t visa just a code via airlines after the student paid the visa and no need to go to embassy. This has rules that needs to be followed and may change anytime. |

Samgalaxy: Admission for Feb ( spring semester) is over. Next entry is September and admission process starts from end of April. |

solidworks: Leave of absence is a date fixed 1 year ago and not adjustable for individual students as it will offset university calendar. However, you can email emu registrar your specific case since you are master student unlike undergrad that takes many courses. In my class I have completed chapter 2 now and chapter 3 next for my undergrad student at EMU. So we can’t wait for individual students but my graduate student we just did first module 1 Like |

Hi, I'm alsp a prospective student of EMU. I collected my passport today. I went to their new location and after much pleading, it was given to me. You can try going there tomorrow, maybe they will help you out |

They also didn't send me any email. I went to the embassy and they said my passport has been sent to mz visa for collection since monday and i got no email. I went to mz visa new place and i kept begging them until they released my passport |

You can contact emu about the matter. EMU told me that they are giving till 7th march to resume. So you can collect ypur passport on monfay and fly Tuesday |
