This one seems close, but the symptoms I saw here are little severe than what I feel or experienced

My left part (hand and leg) were only affected.
My left hand fingers tips usually appear like no blood flowing there.

The pain can occur anywhere between my left hand upper side of my shoulder to my wrist and currently now in my shoulder and upper side of my elbow.

Anxiety use to come along and during anxiety attack the pain get worst

My hand use to appear weak and painful once I use it to do any small thing or work.

Some conditions listed in the link above such as headache, or general body pain were not my conditions but I got serious pain and weakness in my left hand and leg. The pain in my shoulder worst though, and sometimes I feel like my complete hand isn't there. I had used several pain reliever which seems not working.
Am a guy around early 30.

Before the body itching and body rashes formation, did you observe any sore formed on your penis?

Do you observe same thing being experience by your sex partner you had the sex with?

Have you done a full blood count on this?

Masturbation done in the long run or short run does not lead to prolapse of any of the body organ neither does lead it to pile.

If you observe a lump around your anus, you may need to see a doctor to examine what this lump is all about.

She needs to make an appointment with either a Diabetologist, endocrinologist or a well trained General Practioner to help her with this Diabetic Neuropathic complaint. It is not something we can manage from here.

If you need an improvement in diabetic neuropathy ensure a stable blood sugar level and then invest hyperbaric oxygen therapy -hbot.

Regarding the drooling, you may need to have your faeces for M/C/S for intestinal infection for bacteria and worms( or their larvae)
