For the umpteenth time, I didn't talk you down and I didn't judge you, my post was meant to let you see the reason why you should read info relating to your stocks and make you much better, though you didn't see it that way and that's not a prob to me nor is it my prob.
You still need more experience in this biz and you can't learn fast by attacking every post you perceived as negative, it can only make you sit up and better.
I ha.t.e those words you used on me, hence my harsh responses. A lady, High something attacked me severally in the past and your post seems similar, fine if you're not the one.
I have no issue whatsoever with you, I don't know you anywhere, i just have the eargerness to make you much better, not every post will come as a "pat at the back" but just pick the points and make yourself much better.
As I do online, that's how I do offline, anyone around me or that comes across me, I try to tell them about investing. If that makes me an internet warrior, then it's fine, at least there are many others in sexuality/romance section, but I prefer this type of thread instead.
Anyway let me stop there and I rested the issue already.
Let's move on.
Even you don finally joined the epistle gang

OPEX affected UPDC-REIT.

Hope it won't affect our FY dividends?

Property Mtce Exp and Depreciation ...
Are major OPEX cost that gives the variance...
Hope they can step it down in subs quarters...

Some of us already loaded @ N4.55, got dividends, we are now past N4.55 and next week, it would make sweet wine!

Princkez:
Bought more of FBNH today @4.60 and few units of Guinness @18.35...fingers crossed

They wont release it today o. They are yet to serve notice of the board meeting that will sit to consider the outcome of the "international" audit. They need to give at least 2 or 3 weeks notice i believe. Its only after the board considers and approves that the result will be released. In all i think you should be targeting end of May or early June.

Thanks dear. May God honour you too by His mercies.
You're well aware that this issue had generated lots of controversies in the past and allowing him to post links was just a way to rest the matter.
Let's allow it be like that so we can focus on the theme of the thread. Nagode. wink
Pls madam, we cannot allow it. Even though we shouldn't allow him derail out thread through his false and fraudulent claims. We must continue to point out to him that what he is doing is a sin before God and man. Should we, because he is a fanatic, permit him to continue to pour hatred and falsehood into other people?.... Now, you allowed him and he has obviously grown into a God deciding who is holy and who is a sinner, who is a Christian and who is not.... Isn't there a formal channel to actually report him on nairaland?
He peddles lies, condemns people at will, disobeys rules, breaks order and has now delved full on into hate speech against the very people who brought that Christianity to him.
If this should be allowed, then in all honesty and fairness, no post on this thread should ever be called out again, including the guys that aim to defraud others because they aren't a lot of differences btw him and those guys!

In any case, NSE gave a blanket time extension to May 31 for 2019 AFS to be submitted.

No it can't, withholding tax on savings and investment is final. Meaning it can't be used as a tax credit. That's the position of the law.=Biafran4life post=89023891]Pls for those conversant with tax matter. This 10 percent withholding from dividend. Can it be added to your personal income tax payment to boost your tax payment as the money is no longer small on my side.If yes,how do one go about it[/quote]

UPDATE FOR WEEK ENDED 30 APRIL AND PLAN FOR NEXT WEEK STARTING 4 MAY 2020
The current week was okay. we expect things to still be better next week, but we should avoid equities with weak fundamentals (just like people looking for bottoms in Brewery stocks, okay for the short term, but in the long term likely to be a losing game, same for companies involved in oil exploration).

Gain for the week: +1.87%
Gain for the Month: +8.08%
Gain for the Qtr: +8.08%
Loss for the year: -14.24

Can we desist from using 'epistle' to describe people who make long post?

It can be inciting.

Where we don't like lengthy post, we may bother not to read. But when someone says another is typing epistle, it ends up preventing people from sharing their views.

Let's all try to be accommodative.
