With 3000 blocks you should build 1 bedroom flat or 2 bedroom flats or 3 bedroom flats

Roofing, plastering plumbing an tiling should gulf 1M plus.

Depends solely on your location. You need to be precise about the plan as well. My friend in Ilorin built his room and parlor self contained with 1.4m with nice interiors (new sets of chairs, TV, window blinds, bed and kitchen utensils). And trust me, the place is superb and great. He doesn’t use borehole, he uses pumping machine with his hand dug well. Forget all these faking here about imaginary buildings. Though without fencing and it’s just a plot of land. He got the land last year October at 150k during one promo from a real estate agent.

Building materials and other factors like workmanship fee, nature of the land (sand filing and co). So I believe u shud codedly ask a building contractor u know personally (a friend or family) and not all ds wanna be scammers telling u to check their signatures

First of all, design (architectural) is everything, because it is therein that we will find the size of the rooms, the schedules for doors, windows etc, secondly the type of land you are building on...

it depends on who wants the self con. self con is of 2 types. one is self, the other is corn. when you hear corn, it means maize. now maize is usually occur during rainy season. so you have to plant it using what we call shifting cultivation. thank you

So this depends on your location. For instance, I was able to complete a two bedroom apartment in the city-centre in Abuja for about 3.2m last year. Give or take, budget about 1.2 million to 1.8 million for a one bedroom, if you'd be building in major cities/towns in Abuja or Lagos, whilst 800,000 or less could suffice for remote or satellite areas. Btw 800k to 2.6mil. it all depends on your plan, structure, taste and auxiliary facilities. But if u have 1m plus, fear not!

Building a room self would cost you 2.2 and building a room parlour would cost you nothing less than 4.2m without land and full finished.
