so far it's not completing the booting process it has to be flashed in order for u to be able to use it again and that means u will have to loose all the dataon the phone I am not a software engineer so I can't say precisely if they could backup but what I am sure of is u have to flash the phone if u want it to work again

it possible if you're use to operating your phone(I once around 2017 used my then infinix x551for 5months with black screen in sending apps,play music, video and even call bcuz of it ba3 life,duo I sell phone then till date)as you would be familiar with where and where to touch after connecting to the system hopefully you don't have a alphabet lock screen.

Hi engineers in the house, I bought an infinix hot8 4gb ram 64gb rom in January this year, it has 4G LTE but it doesn't bring out MTN 4G sgnal even though my sim is 4G enabled, every other network has 4G signal on it, I was told maybe the phone doesn't have the band for MTN and it's really been frustrating cos MTN is my main sim and I can't remove it from the phone so I had to get Airtel Sim for the browsing, so if anyone knows what I can do I'll appreciate... Thanks

Nothing can be done about it unless you swap it for a phone that has MTN 4g bandwidth
