Guys.

Some schools said there might be campus teaching throughout in September. While some schools said teaching will be online only from September to January.
Some schools have declared all their teaching from September to September next year will be online.

Wait for government advise which will be out on or before July before any decision is taken. There have been no clarification on Tier 4 visa as UKVI office have been closed since March. There are pending visa applications from all types of UK Visa that is on hold. Those will be priority. No talks on their resumption.

Without UKVI opening, no one can get UK visa. So I advise no one should begin any course online at home and pay tuition fee. Once you agree to start your course online, there will no refund if you do not get Tier 4 visa. Moreover, the government have not even given clear pathway of PSW visa. No specific instructions on how to apply when summer 2021 comes.

So wait till July till you make any decision. Dont be lured to start any program online without obtaining Tier 4 visa. Once you start, there is no going back even if you are in Nigeria. Ensure you have Tier 4 visa if teaching is online so you will be eligible for PSW visa. If you dont get visa, you will be liable to pay all your school fees if your teaching is online.

This whole coronavirus pandemic thing tire person. It doesn't even help one have a confident plan. Every plan is based on speculations. God dey.

Yes I was interviewed early January for M.Sc. Mental Health Nursing
Two people a guy and a lady. The interview is basically on your experience in the care sector and knowledge of the profession you want to go into.
Why did you want to study this course and a little about my background experience in healthcare
Why Oxford Brookes Uni
What are your strength and weakness
The guy asked me scenario based question based on challenging behaviour
They also ask me skills i must possess as a nurse

I was given conditional offer but from my research Oxford seems expensive for me so i didn't take the offer.

Good luck

Thanks a lot, I appreciate, please could you give me an instance of the challenging based questions asked?

It comes in different forms for example they can ask you what would you do if a patient is feeling agitated and refusing their meds

Hello Guys.

My spouse secured a few admissions in the UK. One of which is a bachelors.

My question is if she decides to go for the bachelors, can she apply for a visa with my daughter as a dependent.

The reason I ask this question is due to various information i am getting regarding this topic, with some people saying it's not possible to have a dependent as a BSc student

Visit visas, T4 child visa (for the child to school in the UK alongside her mum) or wait to get dependant visas if and when your wife is on a postgraduate course.

Can two siblings use same account (parent as sponsor) to apply for visa at different interval. With the figure on the account can only cover for one person

Better to have funds for the 2 siblings in the account. It saves them the stress and hassle that comes from being refused as a result.

Ps: When you say different intervals, what exactly do you mean? Are you talking weeks, days or months interval?

Hello gurus pls ....

I have a conditional offer in Aerospace eng. upon payment of deposit and ATAS (Academic Technology Approval Scheme)

Pls what is my chances? (My first. Degree is computer Engineering + 7yrs working experience)

Besides, I noticed English language test is not written under the condition of offer, does it mean I don't need to proof my English for ukvi application? I think I submitted my IELTS general.

Lastly, my ATAS certificate came out with same course code but different course title: Aeronautical Engineering instead of Aerospace Engineering. Can this fly or I reapply?
Thanks in advance

Hi people

Does the new Visa policy for work after graduation allow postgraduate students (Masters)?
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 4 by mimilyrics: 9:17am On May 27, 2020
If the funds available can only sponsor 1 person, it isn't advisable for the following reasons;
1. There will most likely be a flag on the 2nd application as a result of the surnames and this might lead to a more in-depth investigation of the application; any unsatisfactory findings will lead to a refusal of the application.

2. How does the other sibling intend to offset the tuition and living costs upon arrival in the UK? Working to offset tuition fees + maintenance in the UK is a herculean task; the most you can offset from working will be your maintenance costs. You'd also be totally stressed and your studies will likely suffer for it.
And it's not certain that you'd get a 20 hour weekly job as soon as you get into the UK.

3. Applications take days, weeks and in some cases, month's and your plan, in this case, is almost impossible.

4. If fraudulent misrepresentation is suspected in your application, it would lead to a refusal and in most cases, a ban.

5. Why not explore the option of one sibling going first while the other goes the following year? This will give time for funds for the other sibling to be raised while removing the stress and worry of being caught out.

There no new visa policy. The proposed PSW scheme hasn't kicked off yet and isn't scheduled to kick off till next year but no one can tell you for certain right now. If and when it eventually kicks off, it would allow postgraduate students to stay back in the UK for 2 years for work purposes.
Your best bet would be to keep checking official UKVI sources for an update on this; guidance on this is usually released closer to the start date.

This is a strategy to make students pay, because they know many international students cannot afford a legal fight (if it goes otherwise or not according to plan)

Government has not officially put it into constitution to officialise it.

It was only announced.
Dundee said “should be” in their own response.
You can see from the screenshots, that they’re careful with the choice of words? “Expected”/ “nothing has been agreed”/ “could” etc

It’s up one to have option B, Incase things go left.
