Fine analysis. Please do us a favor, let us worry about how we will win or lose in 2023. The decision to contest in 2023 is ours and we are ready to face the outcome. Stop making useless threats all over the place that your people will vote for Atiku over a Yoruba man. Stop using panadal over our headache. Go and vote for your Atiku and leave us alone. Stop the silly obsession.

Are you no longer the sophisticated loudmouths of yorubaland, while others are the inconsequential? grin

You can worry from now till tommorow, what will be, will be. This is politics, not rocket science.
Look around you, nobody else is keen about a yoruba presidency except you yorubas. Or do you know anyone? grin

You thought that your sleaziness and chestbeating will give you the goodwill to smuggle yourselves into Aso rock?
You prolly thought that painting the East as villains will make others love you and dash you presidency. Una never jam.
Sebi na this country we dey.

My advice to you is to start learning how to write more letters to UNPO, and create more Amotekuns, because una go need am bad bad post-2023. grin

bro seriously they are no threat in 2023. They stabbed the south in 2015 thinking its wisdom but reality has started knocking on their door. Today they scream Amotekum at the top of their voice, even Tinubu because of 2023 was not here or there when he was asked for his opinion on Amotekun. The humiliation he would face will be worse than that of Abiola, Awolowo and Afonja

We are no threat yet you daily lament about our rights to contest the Primaries of a party we helped to form, that you hate so much?

We are no threat?

Yet you are not at peace and the frustration cannot be hidden till 2023 is near?

Leave them alone. They might be hoping for another VP if tinubu does not win. cheesy

Even the VP will elude them because once Tinubu emerges from APC as they are hoping, then PDP will have no choice than to give the ticket to the North who will have Igbo VP.

They are like the proverbial butterfly who thinks he's a bird.

But the same northerners voted Abiola against Tofa in the North in 1993. Let me burst your bubble Abiola won Kano state, the home state of Tofa.
Please say something else.

Let me now burst your bubble more. Abiola won more Northern states in total than Tofa.

Jos primaries was a charade. There was a consensus agreement that the presidency should rotate to the SW to compensate them for what happened to Abiola. That was why the system was manipulated for Obasanjo to emerge.

Ask yourself, how on Earth could Obasanjo have won when he just emerged from prison totally broke.

OBJ made many friends when in power and out of power that always backed him. He was friends with YarAduas PDM which Atiku belonged to and that gave him victory

There was a contest and Ekwueme lost.

In 2023 let everyone also contest like it was done in 99 and the best politician win

Having access to sea due to their padlocked land, and also access to Oyel ( As the oil in the whole 5 states can't fill a cap) could make one do unthinkable including ass.licking

Meanwhile Lagos is begging for and sucking gas from Imo, ensuring to avoid all the audio gas fields in Lagos and Ondo state grin grin

If you believe that APC is not under any obligation to cede its ticket to the South East, then same applies to the PDP.

If APC decides to give its ticket to Tinubu against fairness, equity and justice, then PDP can also decide to give its ticket to any Northerner of the choice, then I will see how Tinubu can win.

APC will not give its ticket to Tinubu, rather, APC will hold a primary and Yorubas that helped form the party and helped win the ongoing presidency will contest, and if planned well will also win.

Igboman should stop feeling frustrated before the contest. No one has barred you from contesting if you know how to play politics.

The same way you saw how Abiola won Tofa.

The same way you saw how Femi Gbajabiamila won the Speakership.

You will see such again in 2023, and you will wail some more.

How many times have we accused any tribe of betrayal after those men failed in their ambition?
Y'all need to grow up

You started accusing others of political "unsophistication", calling others "inconsequential" and dubiously ascribing to yourselves title of kingmakers and other self-glorifying appellations that are simply farcical.

You believe in a winner-takes-all mentality and expected that all cerebral appointments that should come south should come to you, since "abokii no dey school" and the cerebral East have been kicked out of government. You only started your cries and lamentation when Buhari like a typical northerner was ready to literally appoint donkeys and cows from the north into his government than any outsider from the south. You were played. grin

The East have had enough of your insult and have grown a thick skin. Nobody outside yorubaland is keen on voting a yoruba and the East will realistically step down for the North if APC hands over the ticket to the SW by commission or omission. We are not fo0ls.

See below!

Oga stop deceiving yourself with the Abiola situation, then there was no internet for propaganda, intertribal consciousness was not at the level of the current crescendo we are faced with today and more importantly Abiola was very influential outside yorubaland as a philantropist, he sponsored national soccer teams, football clubs and tournaments outside yorubaland, everyone benefited from his largesse and he had goodwill and political acceptance outside yorubaland unlike Tinubu, and he also won his polling unit unlike osinbade. He was voted massively by Christians even on a muslim-muslim ticket, can it happen again today? No!

So stop trying to be half-witted by playing the Abiola trump card, the abiola issue is dead and buried and you have been adequately compensated with the presidency which you now seek to deny others with your dimwitted propaganda.

Religion and Ethnicity now play vital roles in our polity unlike the Abiola days and you know it. Tinubu or osinbade cannot defeat Atiku or any powerful northerner today in national elections. You know this as much as I do, that's assuming you are as literate and exposed as you pose.

If APC presents an Igboman as its presidential candidate, PDP will have no choice but to follow suit. So, that scenario you projecting cannot occur.

So the PDP you have voted for all your life won't give you priority until the APC you hate so much gives you.

Lagos will only be in the position to pay for it once the Igbos in Lagos make their usual large revenue contribution to the Lagos state coffers.

For the moment, Lagos is begging for it, and Imo will probably dash Lagos some COVID19 palliatives in the form of gas sucking concessions grin grin

Both parties are national parties, the only way yoruba have been president once was when you were pacified with yoruba vs yoruba tickets(which will never happen again anyway).

The message is simple, you will face the North+SE+SS votes if you greedily grab the APC ticket and will be destined to lose like Awolowo and co. You simply don't have the numbers as history has shown.

You are the ones, daydreaming about how to be president without other people, you are the ones calling others "inconsequential" and I think it is my duty to give you a rude awakening and "slap" you back to the reality about your yoruba political history as serial election losers since 1959 and since your sojourn in the nigerian political milieu. grin

In a nutshell, I have you evidence that.....
NO YORUBA WILL BE PRESIDENT IN 2023.
Shut up and stop writing epistle to change narrative. You have been beating chest on numbers that you have. So why digressing. Coward.

Let me give you a task and I want you to undergo it diligently.

From now on, try to frequent northerners discussion on social media about Tinubu and see the vast support he enjoys from them.

Who will defeat Tinubu or Osinbajo with a majority vote margin in the North? Atiku?

What is the total vote Atiku ever had since he has been contesting elections in Nigeria? How many percentage of votes has he ever won in the North? What is his political worth in the North?

Buhari is the only one that enjoy a mass followership in the North after Ahmadu Bello. Buhari consistently got millions of vote since he started contesting in the North even with mushroom party. Besides Buhari in the North, currently no other candidate can get the kind of vote like Buhari in the North. If Buhari supports a Yoruba candidate in APC in 2023, I can tell you the candidate will perform better in the North.

The North are not hateful like the Igbos and the Yorubas will approach them as allies and not necessarily emotional tantrums. Do you know how many of those Northern governors are Tinubu allies?

Personally, I want Osinbajo to contest because he stand a higher chance of winning more than 85% of Yoruba vote and will have a good margin in the NC and SS too. Then we just need to pick a good vice (Zulum) in the core North and get some percentage there to crown it.
