I'm pretty sure the bulk of single mothers didn't go thru what you described. Majority of women, when they have a bad relationship with the man, try to get back at him via the kids. That's thoughtful of you. For six years of their lives, my Uncle's 3 children hardly stepped into the USA though they are American citizens. My Uncle search for a very good Private Secondary school with boarding facilities in Osun State. He did his due diligence and made sure that the school had all the facilities schools in America had. What he wanted his kids to experience was the Yoruba culture, speak Yoruba language and learn to see life from a Nigerian and African point of view. He knew his kids would eat Nigerian food all the time. He knew they would be disciplined by the boarding house system ( My Uncle was born and raised up in Oyo State. He attended Uni in Nigeria and did his NYSC in Nigeria ) and would be brought up in a christian atmosphere as the school owners were devoted Christians. During their holidays, My Uncle arranged with his Mother In Law for his kids to stay with her in her house. The mother of my Uncle's wife was a successful woman who had worked in Federal Government Agencies before retiring. So she took care of her daughter's children. The only time my Uncle's kids visited America in 6 years was during the Christmas and New Year season. By the time they wrote their WAEC, GCE and SAT etc, they had fully assimilated a lot of Nigerian values and culture. They were also more focused and organized. That was what my Uncle wanted . His kids also knew where they originally came from. They are better for it with the Nigerian experiece.

I enjoy a good discussion as you can see but l dont engage people with underlying emotional/mental issues and until you present your case with strong views, l have no choice than to conclude that you are a perfect example.

I look at this incident and I can't help concluding that this woman is the cause of this young man's behaviour. She is the type of funny heady women who believe that men are dispensable. This is how she used to mistreat her man leading to the break up of their family. That's why the man of the house is not in the picture in this video. Not just that, she fought him for the custody of the child, who she has raised in her infinite wisdom to be as nice to her as he is in the video. She spoilt the child just to get him to hate his dad. Imagine why else the man would only see the son, but not with her in company? How did they get to the point where they can't bear the sight of each other?
