This is something a lot of men struggle in silence with. A lot of them don't know how to come out of it and they are reluctant to seek help because it's a somewhat shameful situation to be in. I am glad you found your way out. I will advise you to discipline your mind as well because it seems you got whole spiritually. what happens for instance- when you're no longer in tune with God.......it will be easy to fall back. what i am trying to say is; prepare your mind to fight it without involving religion.

What is helping me this day is avoiding porn video or pics, and I try as much as possible not to stay alone and if I'm alone I will be doing something or reading an inspirational or motivational book.

It's a real big time problem just like any other addiction. By yourself you can't do it. We all need help, divine help or physical help or both. I stopped for years just to continue again.

Good for you, too much of everything is bad, too much fornication with different women can lead you to health and other problems, the best thing is self control...keeping to yourself can also be a sign of outgrowing certain circles and people, not neccesarily a bad thing, unless you are avoiding people that are willing to work with you to make money, or real friends, too much crowd cause problems and drama.
