The issue is the natural slope of the entire land. The land slopes to the back, this means that rain water will be flowing from the road to the compound if there is no barrier, or drainage channel in the front of the house.

Since all the lands at the back are other people's lands which might be built up in the near future, we are working to fill up the back of the compound to enable rain water flow towards the front of the house. We can now use drainage gutters to channel the water down the main road where it will join all the other flowing water.

If this house was to be facing the back where the natural slope goes, we wont be fighting now to reverse this slope with filling sand. Thanks.

We cracked open the entrance way into the two wardrobes in this master bedroom to install entrance doors, and fitted mirrors to the doors...........

Please i want to ask two questions: What is the size of the land (100/100 or 120/80) and how many feet high is the fence? Pardon my asking and wanting to know the answer to the questions on feet measurement. That is what i am use to.

This land has an irregular shape but the land will be about 100 x 100, the fence was about 12 feet high before the filling.

Sir, I remember you also asked me for the location of my Anambra project last year, and thereafter, the client called me and ordered that the project be taken off nairaland. Other people lost the opportunity of seeing that beautiful finish. I also lost the opportunity of showcasing the finish details.

Work has continued in this project as my electricians are back to reposition the generator base.
