Christianity is a religion of freedom, it gives liberty to worshippers such that no one forces you to give offering and tithes. You give it based on your conviction.

As you have said that you are a Christian, I am sure you cannot be a faithful tither so why are you bothered about others who are giving based on their conviction.

Why will you a Christian be swayed by a govt and it's agents who are trying desperately to victimize churches and islamize the nation. A grossly incompetent govt that is giving support to terrorists , bandits and other agents of destruction.
