You all should help out.

Especially those up north

Durham and North East Lincolnshire which I more economical and cool to live in as a health worker though.

I don’t live in the north but I know that health workers are currently in high demand all over the UK. ....
Also most cities up north are cheaper to live in comparison to London, Essex,Birmingham and Manchester......

Durham is a decent city with a highly rated university and I have worked there a few times, I don't know about Lincolnshire. Durham, York, Leeds, Newcastle are decent Northern cities to live in and raise a family. I have worked in all these cities, and I would choose them over anywhere in the south. The cost of a decent 4 bedroom family detached home in a middle class estate in any of these Northern cities can barely buy a small 2 bedroom box flat in most areas in London.

Me too. I used the exact same one.
Passed 1st sitting. Infact, I breezed through the theory test. ALL questions in the actual exams, I had already seen in the app.
Great app. I recommend it.

Just dropping by to say DAMN Scotland is beautiful! The further out I drive the more I’m stunned!

I know our English has k-leg and the weather is limping! But the scenery is breathtaking, the sea food is FRESH every day! And it’s a wonderful place to raise family because under £1k can get you a full duplex with large garden for your kids to run around!

Just saying... For all the folks looking for where to move to... fink about wee Scotland... not an #ad

Please house, trust the weekend was lit. The thread is so interesting, learnt alot. Please i need an advice. Am a healthcare professional. I want to make enquiry about "Crewe"

Which place is good to live and start up a family as a new immigrant to UK within the city?

Cost of living, job opportunities, upbringing of children and training them in school.

Please I will appreciate your advice..

There is nothing stopping your partner from applying for you guys to come along. However Msc. has a maximum duration of 18 months. I think they have reintroduce the post study work visa which give another 2 years. The rest would depend on your finance as your won’t be eligible for public funds. Cost of living and accommodation is cheaper in Scotland. Someone else would throw more lights

Personally I’d say no. Let him go and focus on smashing his MSC and securing a job or phd after. The MSC year goes really fast And if you’re distracted you will have average scores. Plus if both of you are not working, there will be a strain on your finances.

Let him finish and get a job or phd position then come and join him. Of course this advise is subjective. Your situation might allow you guys to all come and still chill so it’s up to you at the end of the day.
