What u got after finishing the Questionnaire is jz a Generic required documents for u to upload, but ur CLIENT INFORMATION needs more than that

If u check the meaning of Client Information on IRCC it will tell u that: If you would like to provide more information about your application that you have not already provided, you can attach a letter of explanation, police Certificate, NYSC cert. etc. to your application i.e SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

This link below shows how DOCUMENTS were arranged, merged & Uploaded to CLIENT INFORMATION & PROOF OF MEANS OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT of an Application
https://www.nairaland.com/5818588/canadian-student-visa-thread-part/202#92527802

You will discover that there are lot's of DOCUMENTS IRCC didn't ask for in the documents in the link.above but were merged & uploaded

Hi Lekiboboe!

I appreciate your good works here. God bless you!
I have same issue. For the BOLD, in my case, IRCC explained as:
IRCC If you would like to provide more information about your application that you have not already provided, you can attach a letter of explanation.

That's how it ended. I felt that's all I needed. I thought may be because it was my second time. My marriage certificate was provided the first time last year, as well as my BA transcripts and certificate, NYSC certificate, birth certificate... Though I attached my masters transcripts and certificate with my LOE because of an explanation I made. What do you think. Would they make reference to my last refused application of last year for those documents or do I need to provide them. Submitted online July 8, resuming Monday August 31, no update yet. Raised a web form yesterday.

Thanks for stepping in, sir.

Hello gurus in the house, please help me with a constructive approach to my situation. I applied for study permit since June 6th I have not heard from the embassy again after my biometrics request, I applied for GCM note today. After a thorough search online about the study permit application, I feel I did not support my application with enough home ties (documents). Here is my situation my mum and Dad is dead and we are 5 in the family aside from my step siblings which I didn’t include in my application. 3 of my siblings are not in Nigeria (one of them is my sponsor) and my sister here with me is married already with kids. On my application I presented a study leave and didn’t include a payslip or bank statement because my boss mostly pay me cash and do transfer sometimes. My dad left us with a gas station which I placed it on lease till 2021 to arrange the burial. I have original document for the property (land survey, building plan ) except the resolution of the company board member which is a photocopy(and i am the second in place to make decisions aside my dad) and original of CAC certificate. should I send this document through web form to support my application, which includes landed property, CAC registration which are all in my dads name? Please advise
Please gurus in the house, i need your advice

Its not compulsory,

If u are a NIGERIAN, u are exempted from doing IELTS, u don't need an English Test to apply for a Masters in Canada, NIGERIA is an English Speaking Country & ur medium of instruction from the University/Polytechnic & ur High skool is English etc. .
IELTS (English Test) for admission in Canada are meant for countries whose language or official language is not ENGLISH e.g India, China, Philippine , Vietnam etc.

Only if u want to apply for PERMANENT RESIDENCY (PR) ,that's when u would need to do a compulsory ENGLISH TEST (IELTS)

So go ahead and apply for masters (if u have the requirement),
,just make sure there is career progression in the masters program u are going for e.g a B.SC in Biology, going for Masters in Microbiology

In response to question 4, I seem to have read somewhere that underaged students need a named guardian where they will be schooling. I think you can come in here as a guardian. @preshy2004 I think is currently processing a visa for her 16 year old. Perhaps she can also weigh in.

He will need to fill a custodian form for the younger brother. And must be notarized in Canada by the custodian and also in Nigeria by the parents.

U are welcome Honorable

Amen!!!!

From my own opinion,
As per them referencing ur last application, i think they do (they can be unpredictable). The expectation of a VISA OFFICER from a Second time applicant is he/she should have addressed the reasons he/she didn't get an approval the first time he/she applied.

Did u order the GCM notes of ur first application?
Cos that will give u full details on why u didn't get the approval the first time u applied.

The GCM note would be an eye opener on how u could av crafted your subsequent application.
