Rulership will rest upon his shoulder means he will become a ruler (whose followers will be recognizable by some qualities) Wonderful Counselor means his teachings will touch people's hearts (not by force) Mighty God means he will conquer unseen powerful spirits in a mighty way. Everlasting Father he will continue to bear children not literally but many will accept his counsel even when he's not present. Prince of Peace means in the midst of all those who accept his counsel, PEACE will reign. Isaiah 9:7 His rulership will continue to increase, PEACE will continue to reign amongst his subjects, on the throne of David he will reign forever, righteousness and justice he will establish forever! Any religious group trying to correlate all these with what is obtainable within them must prove vividly that the prophecy truly refers to their group! |
