No GSI ROM is stable. Forget what those Indians say in those group. No GSI ROM is stable because it's never made for a particular device.


Please how can I give this ur post 100 likes, all these Custom ROMs will always give u one issue or the other.


To use these ROMs you just av to make do with d features you use often that are available in dt particular ROM.

If you use mido, tryout this rom, it's a beast for pubg. Getting 45 - 55 steady fps.

Actually, there are stable custom ROMs with no issues at all.

GSI are the ones with issues and mostly ROMs ported from GSI.

Good afternoon guys, about 2 weeks ago my brother used my "REDMI 8" for a 4hrs 30min zoom meeting, the battery was getting low after he used it and I plugged it but then after 2hrs of charging when I went back to check I noticed the battery percentage did not leave the initial percent I plugged it. He used it again last week for 4hrs 30min and same thing happened after charging for almost 2 hours.

I have stopped him from using my phone for zoom meeting. Now it happened again I charged it for almost 2 hours again and it didn't leave 38%.

Please what do you think is wrong with the phone and what do you think I should do.

NOTE: the phone is just 3 months old, I am worried.

Good morning guys. Please I have serious isuues with my Mi A3 device.
Not too long ago I did factory reset on my device BECAUSE IT WAS HANGING AND BECOMING TOO SLOW, and on setting up back I lost some stuff. Even though I had done a back up to Google server (because using Xender to back up on my PC didn't work)

. Now my major issues are :

1. WiFi no longer connects on my phone,and when it does it either disconnects after 5minutes or it shows 'NO INTERNET'.

2. My phone network is never full, data is NEVER stable. I use Airtel and MTN, and I never had this issue before formatting my phone.

3. Only my woman's laptop connects to my hotspot, no other device can even see it. This started even before I formatted the phone.

4. PLEASE WHAT DO I DO ABOUT THESE ISSUES? THANK YOU.

Uninstall previous Gcam

Done and after installing the hypercam, just used it to snap about ,2pix and later on when I wanted to snap it opened and closed back and showed I hypercam keeps stopping

Uninstall clean your phone cache with the cleaner app and reinstall

Good morning guys. Please someone should help me out, I'm having issues with my Redmi 8.
-The volume keeps regulating itself,even goes mute sometimes.

- Music starts playing on its own with the volume at the highest.
- From time to time the notification "Sim activation failed" pops up for one or both of my sim cards. Sometimes it causes them to stop functioning.

Those are signs of a malware. What did you install before all these started?

You should have added a disclaimer that it's not the official stock Rom but a custom Miui Rom.
