Someone hires another to smear her opponent & educated Nigerians are promoting the smear campaign. The hatred is no longer hidden. IT COULD EVEN BE THAT THE SAID ARTICLE WAS SENT BY THESE PAID WICKED NIGERIANS TO THE SAID SARAH TO PUBLISH. What happens when God says the last word.

On the Kemi Olunloyo thread, some people were attacking Igbos saying why are they making her attack sound tribalistic....

...only for another Yoruba to attack Okonjo

Is the pattern becoming clearer?

Huncle,

Why didn't he quote a post of how she influenced the Paris Club's decision to grant Nigeria a debt forgiveness that runs into billions of dollars?

Envy kills

Will you guys post it here if he post such? As he not posted anything positive about Ngozi since the contest started? You guys amplify whatever suits your hatred narrative.

His intention for tweeting her write up is irrelevant, whether he has a bad intention or has a good intention. It doesn't matter, it has no weight, it has no significance beyond just being another tweet among millions of tweets. The point is everything he tweeted was written by another person. That's the person people need to focus on. The person is American. The tribal war is unnecessary. Congratulations to the keyboard warriors that have made his irrelevant tweet famous by turning it to a tribal war. I hope the keyboard warriors are happy being disposable pawns that politicians use to further their own divide-and-conquer agendas

Honestly it’s terrible and unfair to blame NOl for a Systematic corruption that has been ongoing and still ongoing in a country because of its faulty systems checks and leadership style.

It’s obvious her functions as finance Minister under any government can’t enable reform or cleanse the entire system especially if the powers that be are unwilling. She stated concerns and warnings where necessary as far as her functions and powers permited. She is not the head of EFCC or the president to tackle widespread systematic corruption.

The fact that she scaled through to become the top finalists tells us that her reputation is still held high globally.

I really don't know what's wrong with some Nigerians, How could they actively try to bring down another of our own people. Am not Yoruba nor Igbo nor Hausa. But I believe as Nigerians we should do everything to support our own on the international stage. Not bring them down

I don't see any reason why we should turn this simple statement to a tribal e-war. It is just his personal opinion. People that thinks he is speaking for the entire Yoruba tribe are more stupid.

Suddenly, kayode sharing a post means yorubas are against NOI's success. Same NOI that had all her formative years in ibadan, and is more of a yoruba success than igbo. Make Una continue with the we vs them rhethorics. Sooner than later, God will grant una una wishes.

The writer is right.

The GEJ administration destroyed her reputation.

She should have resigned.

Just like this senseless Buhari administration is ruining Prof Yemi Osinbajo's reputation.

But then, in Nigeria, we don't resign; we die there.

Which reputation osibanjo get abeg?

Huncle,

It's not about who posts what; it's about supporting one of your own.

Someone was actually shocked by the tweet that's why he shared it here.

Your argument is weak, to say the least.

From what we can see Kayode was citing a UK finance report. I can't see anything here where he said she wouldn't win. Unless there are still other screens hots they aren't showing us.
And he couldn't cite many reasons giving by alot of notable personalities as to why she will win

Kayode from what I see, only quoted a statement in a book pointing out a situation which opponents might use and which might be a setback for NOI. How did you (and several others on this thread) even interpret that to mean "Kayode is having bad belle"?
Why not quote articles where she successfully got debt relief for Nigeria under Obasanjo and how Twitter made her a member of their board and the reforms she brought to World Bank as MD. This is pure bad belle, have you seen the Koreans talking nonsense about their candidate, you think there is no corruption in South Korea?

That is the responsibility of the corrupt bureeacrats in Nigerian seat of power. It was not as though she couldn't cover the point of leakage. But you will be instructed not to so that they can have unfettered access to public treasury.

It's good we are aware of the campaign against her,. her team should also do as much against her opponent. The voters are interested in both pros & cos of each contestant. We are just observers, the voters would be influenced by different factors especially the politics behind the scenes.

It's not Kayode campaigning against her rather how some foreign blocs are campaigning against her. The American author might be working for the South Korean. Okonjo's team should also get down to more work and go all out to present facts against her opponent. y'all stop being emotional. Int'l politics ain't emotional.
