Bro, I have been following what you wrote, and I'm completely in support of what you have said. Even in the case of emergency, it's more hygienic to have remnants of feces in the butthole (and wash of when you bathe) than have them on the fingernails. Which is why I don't eat out, and the first thing I do once I enter my house is to wash my hands thoroughly with soap and water because a lot of people we shake hands with carry fecal matter on their fingers. I mean, we don't interact with others with our butthole but we do with our hands. Why carry fecal matter on the fingernails and spread it around.

Two two days may be becausw of ur body metabolism. Me na even twice a day, morning and evening, and shower afterwards. I have good metabolism

But i trained myself to be that way. It is like training a dog.

So my body now knows that when i wake up in the morning, its brush teeth, shave bears, sit on my throne (thats what i call my toilet, and i keep it clean like a palace), then shower. If u do this routine regularly over like 2 months, ur body will become used to it.

Reason i do it is to free myself for the day. Because i absolutely hate using any toilet that is not mine.

Even when i am flying internationally, i dont use toilets in airports except to urinate. I take a tablet that seals up my stomach for over 24 hours. Sorry, its just me

Water all the time. I have never even tried using tissue. Sometimes when I happen to defecate in bushy areas, I use sticks to wipe clean, after coming back home, I then wash with water.

Water does it the best.
That's why water is used to clean almost everything cleanable.

I feel it's more hygienic to use tissue. Then when u shower, u use soap and water to wash off any fecal mater remaining on ur anus. That is why my routine once i wake up is to poop, then shower. I hate people who poop during the day, worse in office and when travelling.
