I go to gym around 7 and by 8-8:30 I’m done..by 9 I’m at work...it helps that I have a car and the town isn’t too traffic congested to hamper my schedule. The gym also has a bathroom so you can shower and dress up for work from there...sometimes I skip the morning session for an evening one if I have a tight schedule in the morning.

You're right but you know these our women can be quite stubborn with their heart desires. My wife is exceptionally lazy when it comes to physical exercise. She can't even trek for a few minutes without complaining ! Even soldiers could not force her to participate in any of the camp's exercises during her nysc days !

Well you seem to have more info on the couple than what the post shows here. Either ways I feel that as a man, you have a responsibility in making your wife feel confident and advising her against these things.

E be like sey you no dey Lagos. You have to leave home by 7am if you want to have a chance at getting to work by 9am. Evenings are worse and by the time you get home you're cranky and exhausted. It's only the weekend you have and even then you just want to laze all day in bed and sleep off the stress of a week in Lagos traffic.

Some have had this same surgery and have lived to enjoy their new bodies.
