Exactly. Both parents needs to be involved in the testing just in case. But as the Op did, I know most men won't involve the wife at all when they do the test.

Hopefully, swapped babies are in less privileged homes where none of the parents can afford the test.

If she's certain that she didn't cheat on her husband, she can defend herself by requesting for a DNA test to be conducted on her as well, regardless of how angry the husband is he will have no choice than to wait for the outcome of his wife's test.

You shouldn't have told her about the test, at least give her some respect. Because FCMB case is trending does not mean that all women commit paternity fraud. You should have codedly done the test and stay silent even after seeing the result, that way, she wouldn't know about the test. Unless one or both of the kids are not yours, that's when you should speak up.
