Politics / Re: President Buhari Vindicates Barcanista By Abandoning N5k/month Social Benefit by pouch(f): 7:55pm On Feb 28, 2016
[quote author=emzila post=43321511]Looking At Buhari's Proposal
With Buhari's proposed N1.89tr Social program, it
invariably means an additional N1.89trn will be
added to the projected deficit of N1.29 trn ie
N3.187trn if he is to go ahead with paying of
N5000 to 25 million unemployed annually, from
where will he be able to make up the HUGE
deficit?.

THE SO CALLED BARCANISTA IS A BIG JOKER.
any reasonable JSS3 student will not find it difficult to understand that the deficit of 2015 and 2016, aside the social program can never be of the same. any reasonable Nigerian who is not alien to d recent developments would have understand that even if 2015 and 2016 budgets are as stated by barcanista, the budget deficit will not be 3.187trn considering the various sources of revenue by the new administration eg, the TSA which brings about 2trn into the new yr budget, the stamp duty, the increase custom revenue report etc. barcanista has just put up organized pieces of rubbish for the gullibles.

further more, teacher barcanista don't even understand that the social security program is not the function of 2015 budget but 2016 budget and until the budget is passed, one cannot clearly say that the president has failed in his promise.

[You're very naive to think that TSA is a new income source. TSA is short for Treasury Single Account. FIRS, FRSC, CUSTOMS etc are sources of non export income for the FG and before now had their accounts in various DMBs. Income from these sources are already part of the proposed income in the new budget.
Please accept that you were scammed, and move on. ]

[quote author=Keneking post=32967845]1. Is it a school of engineering? Is this the license awarded to the institution by NUC?
2.This information looks like the only good thing to come out of Abia since Pope Francis became Catholic Pontiff undecided
3. Who are the financiers and owners of this institution?
4. With this advert, the best brains in Nigeria would be mopped up easily from the economy.
5. I suggest that they hire an European to head this institute maybe from Germany or Russia. A Catholic Priest preferably.
6. Initial investment could cost almost five billion naira.
7. Brothers and Sisters overseas should be encouraged to apply. I am sure conditions would be more than Contiss or Conuass.
8. We need high rise structures in this school and not bungalows or one floor structures. At least, they need to get it right.
9. Would they teach the Truth as part of their philosophy?
10. Academic session might commence in 2019.

Religion / Re: Can A Born Again Give A Head During Sex? by pouch(f): 10:18pm On Apr 16, 2015
missclasssy:

Another huge pile of crap just found it's way into my mention.

There is no overt mention of anal sex in the Bible. In the account of Sodom and Gomorrah in Genesis 19, a large group of men sought to gang rape two angels who had taken the form of men. The reasonable presumption is that the men of Sodom wanted to have forcible anal sex with the angels. The men’s homosexual lust is obvious, but again, anal sex is not mentioned in the passage. The words sodomy and sodomize come from this biblical account. Sodomy is, literally, “the sin of Sodom.”

In modern language, the term sodomy has acquired a broader definition than what is biblically warranted. Today, “sodomy” often refers to any form of non-penile/vaginal sexual act, which includes anal sex and MouthAction. If the biblical text is used as the basis for the definition, though, “sodomy” cannot include MouthAction or, technically, even anal sex.

I lived with my boyfriend in school. He gave me a ring, and I called him "fiance" to calm my conscience cos I knew it was wrong.
At the end of the day we didn't get married and it wasn't worth it afterall.
It was the worst time of my life. I regret it till today. I was robbed of my youth, my freedom, friends, and desired grade.
Girls should never do it!

why are nigerians so selfish? I read in one thread about how a couple used their wedding day as a fundraiser for cancer research. yet here we are putting peoples' lives at risk because of one selfish interest or the other. are leaders are no better. why can't we manage a situation before it degenerates to crisis?

Religion / Re: Letter From Charly Boy To Pope Francis by pouch(f): 9:57am On Aug 04, 2013
drake2005: I have always suspected that Charlie Boy went to school in the US; there no way a Nigerian trained/nurtured young man would behave like he does. Any young man that is a product of American tertiary/university education, has a 99.9999999% chance of being less religious and very liberal. I'm a product and can attest to this. Why? For the most part you get to know that religion is a farce and a fraud; something that you didn't know before you left Nigeria. You become more liberal and tolerant; accepting of gay people, e.t.c.

To all gullible Nigerians who still believe in religion; will focus on Catholicism for now. To all gullible Catholics...Pope Francis was installed there for a reason; to spearhead the sanction of Gay marriage and gay catholic priests. Pope Benedict resigned because he didn't want to be used as tool to institute gay marriage in the church. Instead they chose a pope who is non-white to carry it out.

the papal church has been plagued by gay scandals for many decades now. it only makes sense to have a papa who tolerates it. It's beginning to make sense to me why pope Benedict had to resign "strange". and what's more to install a man who could endear the world to himself by unusual acts of humility.
