No body received APL. But evidently, there was request by nnpc for nomination of candidates to stakeholders.
My concern is that so much time has been wasted. GTs should have spent almost 6 months by now into the service (waiting for next 2.4 years to get promoted). They are indirectly slashing part of the hopeful's service time.
For those to be deployed to NAPIMS, CRUDE MARKETING, PROJECT ENGINEERS/OFFICERS, that is what they called QUICK MONEY. I mean you will enjoy by a wide margin to your colleagues (the cleanliness, though).

But definitely, NNPC has no any excuse for now, what so ever. Is just becoming boring.

The money is necessary. But let's not forget, if we continue to work the same way NNPC has been working, soon enough, there wouldn't be NNPC to go to in the future.

To anybody that would eventually get the the APL, try your best to do a little more than usual. Let's someone else be happy in the next recruitment because you do a lot more. Thereby enabling NNPC to be a little more.

Something really beats my imagination. You don't think you will get APL on merit. You know people with APL, already. You already have your APL, awaiting resumption. So for heaven's sake...what are you still doing here?

Anybody that thinks "a people" will suddenly turn 360 degrees and change without a well charted course from "above" MUST be joking.

Human nature resists order. But when you know what will happen if you do certain things and you have seen high and mighty languishing in jail for "minor" things, your brain will reset.

Social change is a conscious and direct approach brought upon the people by a leader. For everyone that choose to do the right thing, a million others will do otherwise. And if by chance your "rightness" collides with the "wrongness" of a million people, you will be QUICKLY thrown under the bus.

How do you subdue people? Make them poor and/or make them illiterate.

If you see crime as a sole human choice, then your view is very erroneous. It has been proven that crime has antecedents. For every 1000 police officers collecting salary of 40k, seeing their bosses living above their means, seeing senior colleagues dying to collect their pensions, whose children are sent back from school, whose shoes have holes, who cannot change cloths, who protect politicians stealing billions etc. AT LEAST 800 of them will cut corners.

If we have option to pay our first one year salary to someone to get this NNPC job, 80% of people here (including me) will take that option. Crime or illegality does not exist as a loner.

For every public infrastructure destroyed at least 5 indices are directing towards failed government (failure to enforce law, failure to protect lives and property, fail to prosecute prospective culprits, failure to educate, failure to empower, the list is endless).

The first sign of anarchy arises when system becomes selective in what to prosecute. When justice becomes a matter of tribe, class, religion etc. You think someone removing rail steel is a criminal? Have you thought of someone who refused to build school to educate him? Someone who refused to build hospital that led to his father's death? Someone who got billions from kickbacks of that project whose children will never "condescend" to the level of ever using such abysmal rail system (they rather fly over it)? Someone who stole money meant for industry, power etc which would have create employment for the "thief"?

Tell me a leader in Nigeria, including Buhari who doesn't have more money than he truly worth in his account. And I will show you a man or woman who is not only a criminal but a liar.

Nigerians are the best people anybody can lead. Every baffoon government will come and lie to them and they will buy it.

Do you think Niger Deltans (referring to millitants) suddenly became "criminals"? Crime has antecedents.

Baba those people no dey jail oo. Jail with 24hr light, cable TV, cook, air-condition, oloshos, etc.

1. Dangote is VERY prudent.
2. Consistent (unfortunately, there is get rich-quick- syndrome now. Nobody appreciates the process anymore.

5. Despite been helped, he knows what it takes to have money.

I just think it's necessary I do some post since most of us are still depending on this APL of a thing

I think we should do more investigation, because from what I heard from a very reliable person.

He said the recruitment has already been done, and they are already working now, even with his post in the company he wasn't able to get his children in.

He said most of the recruite are people who didn't even take any test not to talk of interview.

I am not saying he is entirely true, I am just saying we should do some more digging. So as to be able to move on and know the next step in life
