Well... It ended in tears cos after the gift, he began to pester me like crazy. When I refused to give in to his advances, he asked me to put in a resignation letter of which I said no, that he should sack me by himself. So he said i have been relieved of my duties as his secretary and asked me to leave.

I cried o... cos I remembered asking him on that day, if he's not going to use this gift against me, he said no.
Well... Its all in the the past now.

In that aspect Nigerian bosses are terrible. I was. Discussing with an acquaintance some years ago. The nigga was saying if he becomes the owner or senior staff of a company, no puna no job.

For one i CANNOT take any form of oath with anyone no matter the level of love. For him to have agreed to take an oath means his seriousness is beyond average. The question is was she into that industry before? If yes, does she know if that was what he saved her number with since inception and he has not changed it? Communication is key to a successful relationship. She need to ask him under a tranquil environment the reason behind that. She also need to ask him if there is anything bugging him about the proposed marriage. If he is having second thought.

Firstly as Laudable as your advice might be, it makes sense to allow people to discover their path by themselves. For one, it's not a sin to marry late.

Though I don't buy the idea of having everything b4 marriage. But it makes sense to be financially bouyant B4 bringing a child to this world.

If you give yourself a particular standard before getting married, and it doesn't come, you must not crucify yourself. It was a risk you took. That it didn't come doesn't mean you have failed.

We CANNOT all move in the same direction. Abraham had his son at over 90 years. God gave him 70 years to enjoy the child. Haven't you see people that married early but did not have issue till their 50s?

Learn to run your own race. If you fail in that path, so be it.

What a sad way to start the first working day in 2020. I posted vacancies for Amandaz Kitchen and I received a lot of application.

I asked a few to come for face to face interview. This young Lady name Esther applied was asked to come for Interview this morning. She called and I sent her the address of the restaurant. She came but I was not around but she met other Staff.

A Client brought money for me but the Manager collected and confirmed the money in Esther's presence and kept the money in the Kitchen where Esther was assisting to cut Ugu.

Unknowingly to everyone, Esther took the money and disappeared.

I tried reaching her, she blocked me on whatsapp and barred my line. She also changed her profile Pic on whatsapp but I have already screen grab it.

Kindly share the post until she sees it and return the money.

What you are doing here has SERIOUS legal implications. If you stand b4 a judge and you are being cross examined, can you say that it was Esther that took the money? You could go to jail for this you know? So you will tell the judge that she blocked you, change her profile picture or was around where the money was kept in the kitchen? People should know the legal implication of their actions oo.

Mileage per condition

Well, as expected, new vehicles have minimal mileage. Foreign used vehicles have average of 13,000 mileage. While Nigerian used have about 2000.

This means that it's either the mileage of Nigerian used vehicles have been rolled back. Or they are out rightly lying. This does not mean that the the mileage of the foreign used have not been doctored either.

New vehicles cost about 17 million naira on the average. Nigeria used is about 1.45 million. While foreign used vehicle is about 2.45 million naira.

53.47% of all the vehicles posted for sale in the auto section are foreign used. While 42.36% are Nigerian used. The new vehicles are 4.17%

Median price per company

The median price of Infinity vehicle in that section is about 12 million naira. Which is the most expensive brand. The next on that list is Jaguar brand with average value of about 6 million naira. Ford brands have median value of about 4 million naira

NOTE: I am aware that there are some more expensive brands like Royce Royce in this section. But they were not included in this dataset.
I used median for most my measure of centres not mean. This is because mean is highly prone to outliers and there few of them on the data. And I did not want remove them.

Brands of cars

Toyota has the highest brands of cars posted on this section of Nairaland. 46.5% of all the vehicles posted on the auto section of Nairaland belongs to Toyota company. 13.89% of the cars are Lexus brand. 11.1% are Honda's. And Mercedes has about 10.4% of all the cars on that section.

Background

It all started when I needed data to carry some analysis. While 'window shopping' on Nairaland's auto section, I discovered that I had huge data all around me.

It was tedious for me to gather the data. I did not use web scrapping (cos I have limited knowledge on it. Of course this will prompt me to fix that loophole).

Methodology
I used random method to gather that data. I chose pages randomly, ranging from more recent posts to older ones. And I ensured that I exhaust all the information on a page (without preference)

Location
the data were exclusively from Nairaland Auto section.

Nature of analysis
I only carried out descriptive analysis.

What I did not do
I did not carry out statistical tests or inference. Neither did I create any model for this analysis. This would have required more information and time, which I do not have.
