She was also required sign the patients' records after she had given them the medications. She then decided not to give them the medications, but went ahead to sign the patient records indicating that she had administered medications even when she knew she did not. Plain wickedness. It seems like she was caught signing off medications as given when she didn't give them. She was investigated and fired as a result but then she applied for other jobs without disclosing that she had been previously investigated and fired. In otherwords, she lied in her job application which may be grounds for termination in the UK.

Fine, but how many Whites kill patients by overdosing or giving them the wrong medications without any repercussions? They probably sweep it under the table and erase any papertrail that shows negligence but when an African lies about giving common antibiotics, they want to burn her on the stake like a witch.

Nigerians abroad aren't you tired of being 3rd class citizens in the White man's land? You all go there to do one of the following occupations: support worker/nurse assistant ( glorified nyash cleaners), security guard, taxi drivers and nurse. After all the hard labor, insults and abuse, the government will still deduct federal, state, city, Medicare, medicaid,
and disability taxes from it. In essence you slave away and then the government will deduct 40% from your check for taxes. On top of that, you still have to pay very high rent and sales tax on anything you buy. What kind of life is that?

These countries have no natural resources so they depend on human resources which is what you are. You are meant to slave away and pay crazy taxes so they can fund their budget. Nigeria doesn't tax her citizens this much because we are blessed with natural resources unlike UK and most of these European countries.

Imagine a nurse of 20yrs is still saying she's "financially desperate" and that's why she didn't disclose the prior investigation to her new employer. After 20yrs shouldn't she be financially buoyant and thinking of a lofty retirement? Instead she still needs to work just to make ends meet and you people call that life?

It's not late for Nigerians living abroad to return home. You can venture into more lucrative businesses here without cleaning poop. Nobody will call you a Niggger either and your life span will be longer.

The mistake is not the problem .. Is it that Nigerians dont have understanding of a working system? Yhe mistake was seen as a mistake and a measure was initiated to help correct it going forward... Working under the supervision of a Senior nurse going forward.. She refused to disclose this thereby endangering yhe lives of the new patients in the new work place..
The measure aims for the senior to observe and see her deficiency help her to allieviate them, mistakes on 4 eyes is easier to detect, and also after sometime the senior nurse will write a report on her development and she can be helped further... If you people dont understand the weight of what she did, then i understand why people die anyhow in Nigeria even after being rushed to hospital.. Una no gest standard for there be that..

Patients are given overdose and wrong medication everyday both white and black, it is part of humans to make mistake, but the most important thing is your attitude and how u handle a mistake... Concealing it is a no no.....
I remember when i was doing my ausbilding years back in Germany.. I gave a patient Clonidin injection wrong dosage.. During documentation the nurse that told me to give the clonidin infusion documented the right dosage.. I was sitting next to her immediately i saw it i told no i didn't give the Patient 1/2 Ampulle i gave the full Ampulle.. She asked if i was sure i affimed it again.. She immediately called the doctor and told him, immediately we initiated the counter measure the doctor told us... Imagine if i concealed that.. The mans bp will drop till he is dead and no 1 will know.. Until it is late.. I was praised for the honesty in the ward, not just that one i have been in so many situations like that same outcome.. You just have to be honest from the beginning.. I don't know why Nigeria are just dishonest in everything.. Even u how will u feel if i come the next day 5 people are dead because u concealed an information.. I don't know about u but i cant live with such.. Always say the truth

Then all she had to was say it honestly to the next shift, sorry i didn't do the following so that the next shify can initiate the safety measures.. By the singular act she endangered 5 lives.. Whites dont do that, they will be open and tell u and mistakes is allowed on nursing only that you must inform the nurse or doctor of you mistake..
2ndly you have to look at it wholestically... How many patients was she taking care of that she left out insulin by 2 patients and 3 antibiotics... It will be no issue to the panel if they saw overload in the nurse to patients ratio, she will not be faulted rather the employer will be at fault, but for her to be liable i can tell u she just slept the whole night shift doing nothing probably because she worked somewhere else earlier in the day and shortly before close she found out she didn't have time again and she decided to just sign that she administered the medications.. That is totally Wrong... But i dont expect u with ur Nigerian mentality to understand.. You will want to justify it probably somehow u have done such before...
